I have to change my review from five stars…. I’ve been banking here for 15 years… went through the drive thru which usually takes a couple minutes and always greeted politely. Well Courtney helped today and she was very curt… didn’t even address that she took my deposit. Sat there for a few minutes then rang the teller
ten minutes later and still no help no how are you today… I asked why it was taking so long which I shouldn’t have to

If you dont like customer service Courtney youre in the wrong business. With so much going on in the world all you have to do is be nice, acknowledge that im there and if there’s a wait fine all you have to do is communicate.

When you call them, you can expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes to talk to anyone. Very frustrating bank to deal with. We have been with them for about 35 years ... maybe we should change banks - duh

Unfortunately, this location currently has no working cameras (according to them) so when their older white male teller told my young Hispanic daughter her deposit was $80 less than she wrote down, did not ask her to click yes or no to approve(they are supposed to), and did not ask her if she’d like to change the deposit slip(again, supposed to) and also counted the money into piles that were not even amounts, and seemed nervous while he counted, she called me from outside immediately after, distressed. She counted the money three times before the deposit, but the teller didn’t even ask her if she wanted to recount or not deposit it despite the discrepancy. This NEVER happens to me in this same branch. Also, the teller DID NOT use the money counting machine. The local manager from another branch, Paige, called me since this bank currently also HAS NO BRANCH MANAGER according to Paige. Paige said using a money counter is considered up to each teller’s discretion!!! Mind you, this was a deposit of over $1000 cash! How can they provide services without any accountability in the instance of a dispute? I really liked this branch so much but now we need to drive further out to avoid. Very disappointing. I’m not saying they stole my daughter‘s money, because she’ll never know since they didn’t let her recount it, but they sure provided zero methods of accountability to prove to us they didn’t.

I have been banking here for 18 years. Have also had a few mortgages and HELOC and auto loans. I have also purchased their auto warranty policies and use them! Unbelievable value with no hidden fees. Their prices are incredibly competitive! Have great fun incentives on their checking accounts. And the people are incredible! A shout out to Matt Steen for being the best mortgage guy in Colorado.

The staff here is unbelievably friendly, but if you are doing business through the co-op, go to your bank. They have multiple holds for different times for 1 check. I'm sure it's probably protocol, but if you need your money, skip this convenience. My paycheck is slowing being released to me in small chunks, we can't pay our bills on time this month, we can't pay our car payment, I can't go grocery shopping, and we can't buy Christmas presents like we wanted this weekend. These holds were never explained to me when I made my deposit, it has truly impacted our lives negatively for simple convenience. Goodness knows when we'll receive our money, hopefully we have no emergencies come up.

I love the staff at this location. I will go out of my way to make sure I always come here because of the staff. Jess and Jayson are always so friendly, they know how to do their job, and do it fast.

I have been with this credit union since 1965 - when my parents opened an account for me. They have always maintained a professional and friendly environment when I have had dealings with them. Just opened an account for my grandson. Love the employees who work here.
