We LOVE AIM!! Ms. Tiffany in the infant 1 classroom made the transition to daycare for this first time mama so easy. She has helped my baby grow in so many ways. We could not have been more blessed with her as his first teacher! We look forward to many great years with the wonderful teachers and director!

Our experience with AIM is anecdotal (of course), but what we experienced has potential implications for anyone else who chooses to let their child attend here. Initially, our child had a stable first few months, but then experienced a constantly rotating carousel of teachers/assistants. After several weeks of confusion regarding who would be in the classroom when we dropped off or picked up our child, I asked the head administrator about this. The response was less than straightforward. I knew, and she knew, that there were supposed to be new teachers coming in as stable replacements, but the administrator failed to mention this in our conversation for reasons still unclear to me. I was told not to worry about this and that our problem would soon be resolved in some vague manner. My wife also talked to the administration about this (and other related issues) and was told roughly the same. Despite this, there was no consistency in who was overseeing or teaching my child’s class for the remainder of their time there. Moreover, we have significant concerns with how engaged some of the teachers were with the children generally (not just our child), but that’s far more subjective.
Is this actually a problem? That depends on what you want for your child. My wife and I both wanted consistency and clear communication with the staff and administration. After my wife and I had separate conversations with the staff and administration about our concerns, we received only cold to lukewarm communications from that point on. To clarify, I do not think our child was negatively targeted by anyone at AIM, but it was clear that my wife and I were now "persona non grata."
We had been in constant communication with AIM from the time they started constructing the building. We had such high hopes, and AIM absolutely met our expectations in the beginning. I suspect, and hope, that our child's class (3 years old) was the only cohort that experienced the issues I've documented. However, our experience revealed that the administration, and some of the staff, will appear to take criticisms personally. I’ve avoided dropping names, to remain professional, but I’m more than happy to if it comes to that. My wife would be more than pleased to leave a more scathing review, but I think this captures the essence of our issues.
So what does this mean for you, and why should you care? It means that if your expectations aren't being met, there exists the possibility that you will be implicitly told to adjust (read: lower) your expectations and treated as a nuisance or, once again, as "persona non grata." Ultimately, we decided to leave AIM for another local daycare/preschool that better aligns with our values and expectations.

We recently switched to AIM Academy and have had such a positive experience! The directors made the transition so easy and seamless for us and my child's teachers in the preschool transition class go above and beyond. The curriculum and activities have been top notch. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility!

My experience with the infant teachers (infant 1 and 2) has been AMAZING since the very beginning. We love Ms Tiffany, Mrs. Shatara, and Ms. Natalie. Mrs. Doloris is amazing at lunch time. I definitely recommend enrolling your babies at AIM Academy.
