INTENTIONALITY at its finest is the best way to describe AIM Academy in Helena - everything from communication to nutrition, diapering to academics, and all things in between - each teacher and admin team member are intentional in all that they do! At AIM Academy in Helena, our son has flourished socially and is thriving in every area of development. We have been blessed with the most wonderful teachers since our child has been enrolled since May 2024, who are not just great at what they do…but they are truly fantastic people who love the children and genuinely care for them as if they were their own. Ms. Alicia, Ms. Nancy, Mr. Xavier, Ms. Kayla, Ms. Shelby, Ms. Katy, Ms. Emily, Ms. Molly, Ms. McKenna, Ms. Angela, and Ms. Lexi are phenomenal teachers in the arena of early childhood education and should be celebrated. In addition, we are thrilled that our son is able to be exposed to meaningful activities and thematic teaching on a consistent basis. All lessons are taught on various topics that are age appropriate and powerful through sensory activities and creative learning opportunities where the children can be hands on while learning. Each week we receive a newsletter from the admin team that provides a recap of the learning from the week before in addition to the theme of the week for the upcoming week, photos, upcoming event reminders, plus a monthly calendar that allows all parents to remain in the loop on all happenings and events at the school. How impressive that the planning and learning taking place in the classroom has been planned and prepped weeks in advance! The teachers at AIM are equipped with all tools and materials needed to allow those lessons to come to life with the students - this is a testament to the hardworking and fabulous admin team. Lastly, communication is an area of excellence for AIM Academy in Helena - as parents we receive messages via the Procare app throughout the day to relay vital information specific to the school, our child’s class, or for our child specifically regarding his meals/diapering. We love receiving the photos and updates regarding our son’s day, and the teachers are super in their efforts to keep the parents updated so that we feel as if we have been present during the school day. Finally, the admin team at AIM Academy in Helena is stellar and second to none!!! Consistency - each morning you will be greeted by Ms. Hali’s smiling face and positive attitude, no matter what! She is incredible at communicating with parents regarding all situations and topics - good, bad, big, or small. Present and supportive - everyday you will see Ms. Jessica in and out of rooms checking on students and teachers and she is always on the go making AIM a great place to be. Informative and inclusive - Ms. Rachel is always creatively providing avenues to relay information and updates needed by parents to allow our school community and parent involvement to thrive! As a former public school teacher, preschool admin, and mother - 5/5 highly recommend this school! 🍎

AIM academy. The place that I google search and match with addresses to make sure I don’t buy something too far away because I could not imagine working for something more amazing than this school and this company not only working for but also having my child Attend the school (no more jokes) but seriously Waking up and going to work is something I look forward to doing every single day, can you imagine? Actually LOVING your job? Seeing the parents and kids so happy to come in each morning is something you wish you saw more! These smiles and love that is felt through the whole school is top tier! Imagine your baby telling you all about there day at 2 years old! The relationships the staff and children have go beyond what I have ever seen they communicate with each child individually to their needs and Every day is nothing less than happiness and fun! . My daughter is in the preschool transition class and is constantly singing new songs and saying how much she loves her teachers! I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else! Not to mention THE BABIES LOVEEEEE EXPLORING THE OUTDOORS 🤍🤍

We moved my child from another daycare, to AIM a few months ago. She absolutely loves it and has been thriving ever since. My toddler is so much more vocal, and has even started counting, eating better at home. We love AIM and have had nothing but a positive experience so far. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who asks. We love all the pictures we get throughout the day, and updates when her diaper is changed and what/how much she ate.

Aim academy has been the answer to our prayers! We have a 11month old in infant 2 and my daughter loves it! To have people that actually care and to love your child as their own, you can’t find that in any other daycare! They let the kids be themselves! Aim truly cares for your child needs and will definitely set them up for success! AIM has the best staff and but especially the best administration team as well! Administration is always there to help out not only for their staff but the families that attend AIM. They make sure everything is running smoothly but also having so much fun in our play-based environment! We always have fun themes each week so it’s never gets boring! We also have parents day out and different donation drives and etc for the parents so they can get involved with our community as well! We love the aim academy!

I’m a first time mom so finding a trusted daycare was top priority! Aim Academy in Helena has been perfect for my little one. The staff is super friendly and has provided a fun and safe experience for my child. I love the updates and pictures that are provided from her teachers throughout the day. I also love the Watch Me Grow app. I highly recommend 10/10.

My daughter has been going to Aim Academy in Helena for a few months now. We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly at this establishment. She has been in two room settings, both sets of teachers have been absolutely amazing. They are in constant communication and you can see the love they have for their profession. They love these children like their own and we couldn’t be happier. We feel confident in our choice to send our daughter to AIM and will 100% recommend this establishment to any parent looking for childcare.

AIM Academy is amazing!!! The administration and the teachers go above and beyond to make sure the kiddos here feel safe, included, loved, and cared for. I also always feel so welcomed when I come through the door. AIM advocates for each child and their needs while providing a fun and creative based curriculum that expands their minds, and my mind too! This place feels like a big family and my experience here has been so life giving!

I have been having my kids go here since they have opens up! I love this daycare! Sweet and wonderful staff,They always great you and you babies in the morning with a smile and a happy goodbye when we leave! My kids love it there and I love how they have an after school program where they pick up your kids after school! I also love how they have an app where I can keep tabs with my kids! I love aim academy so great!
