It took me a long time to get the help I needed from Aging Care Connections. I nearly gave up on them. Then one day Tom called me. He was extremely helpful and empathetic. He helped me, my father and our caregiver during my father’s illness. He brought us more supplies and resources than hospice. When my father passed he still helped out and checked up on me. I can’t thank Tom enough for all his support and kindness.

My family have been calling this agency all week trying to find information on my 87 year old grandmothers caregiver who has suddenly not showed up. They have given us the run around and zero assistance. They state they care for the elderly but are ok leaving them without care for over a week now. All members of our household work long hours and we require this care for my grandmother since she is alone for over 8 hours, can not walk without assistance, and can’t do most basic care such as feed herself. It’s just a shame how this agency has handled this situation.

Terrible service. Takes two months for appointments. Did not get the feeling staff cares about people they are serving in the community, actually felt like I was being discriminated against. When I asked for the facility director, I was told she was not in. I left and called the director immediately and she answered. Do not understand why I was told she wasn't in. I would have liked to speak to her in person regarding the way I was treated in this facility. Go elsewhere!
