This is and has been the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. During peak COVID era and even now — some of the kindest people ever.

Called front desk this morning and asked to come in when there aren’t a lot of people, they got me in easily, spent time asking me questions about my symptoms and the provider I saw, Patricia, stayed with me while I asked her questions and told her what I had been feeling. This all after being hit with a big rush before I came in.

Great place. Would recommend to anyone.

Every experience I have had at AFC Urgent Care Ken Caryl has been nothing short of exceptional. i didn’t even know of was possible to like an urgent care this much. I never wait longer than 5 minutes to be taken back. Everyone has incredible bedside manner. I always feel heard, comfortable, and taken seriously. They work quickly yet efficiently. This is the only urgent care I will go to as long as they remain open. Sharon and Jodie were exceptional today as well. Thank you, AFC!

*Updated to say that months later they are still chasing me with the bill and threatening collections while providing no explanation as to what the bill is for.*

This is so sad because honestly the people at this location from front desk, nurses, doctors, interns, have all been fantastic but I have been trying to get information from the billing department after I received a very threatening letter out of nowhere two years after an urgent care visit, with no information as to why we were being billed all.

I am being threatened with a debt collector when I have asked no fewer than seven or eight times for an itemized list and why I am being billed, and it has yet to be provided one single time. I have received no bills only a letter threatening to send, our balance to a creditor while giving no explanation for why we are being billed, or what is being billed. I have asked via phone, I have asked multiple times via email. I even went so far as to follow up personally when I did not hear back.

I wa extremely happy with the care I received at AFC Ken Caryl. I came in on the morning of Thanksgiving. It was easy and quick. I’m glad they were open on the holiday. I was able to go about my day feeling better. The staff is friendly and the facility is new and immaculate. I have actually been here a few times for both myself and kids and I always am impressed. Knowing how easy it is, makes me more likely to actually seek out some care and attention, as opposed to being hesitant to try to get help. Thank you very much!

No one wants to go to urgent care, but when needed AFC, Ken Caryl is my favorite I'm always able to get in and out quickly. The providers and medical assistants are great. Everybody is so kind.

Absolutely amazing experience. Waiting room was warm and cozy, they had a mini fridge with water and Koolaid pouches, they had peanutbutter and goldfish crackers, COFFEE, and a lovely little kid's table. Staff was sweet and friendly. We were seen quickly. We were given the best treatment that would suit our needs and were spared any unnecessary or costly tests. It felt like our betterment was indeed higher priority than money or getting us out of their hair. 10/10 would recommend.

I felt confident in the care team addressing my needs in an urgent situation, and were transparent about care steps and costs involved. The staff were helpful, and Beth at the front desk went out of her way to help clarify my care questions and help get me prepared for an emergency scenario before I had to walk in for treatment. Had to go to urgent care on Christmas Eve for my wife. Everyone was awesome. They were very kind, fast and efficient. Sam, Veronica and Dr Karen were awesome. Will definitely choose them again next time
