My wife paid almost $500 for their services, and like many others, she has received absolutely nothing in return. Her experience has been completely disappointing, and I want to warn everyone to avoid falling into this trap.

Since the payment was made, communication with the company has been nearly nonexistent. They don’t reply to emails, they don’t provide a tracking number for shipments, and they offer no updates on the process. There’s no transparency, no professionalism, and no accountability.

On top of that, they don’t have a physical office in Chicago, which is highly suspicious for a company claiming to provide serious and high-quality services. Their website is another red flag: poorly designed, unprofessional, and mediocre, as if it were built by amateurs. It doesn’t inspire any confidence at all.

Ashland Educational Services is not just inefficient; their practices border on fraud. Worst company ever! They are SCAMMERS.
They make you pay a service that you never receive. More than a year ago I sent my documents and paid on time. Immediately they stopped responding my emails and calls. Over the phone there’s a guy who always has a really mean attitude and never gives solid answers regarding my documents. They are professional scammers and I regret so much about using their “services”. It’s weird that they appear in the catalog for recommendations on the ISBE website.
The ISBE is aware of this because I have called them multiple times to report this place and remove it from the website.
I don’t think this “agency” cares about their customers; they are SCAMMERS!!!!!

This company is a scam !! I sent them my original documents, all the fees that they requested. They even double charged me without any explanation . They lost my official documents . They didn t even send the evaluation to ISBE . The took my money and refuse to give me back my official documents !!!! When I asked them to give me the tracking number of the documents that they were supposed to send it back to me .. their answer is .. is noted . Don t do business with them !!! They stole my money, my official documents, my personal information. The customer service representative is extremely rude . They operate just to steal your money . And it s legal looks like !! I ll take legal action !!

Do not use this company. When you try and contact them to get a confirmation that they’ve received your information and personal documents such as transcripts that you’ve sent them they are extremely rude and aggressive when they finally do respond. The lady that I dealt with told me she was “shocked as an African American woman to read my false allegations”. What allegations? The email I sent you complaining that you hadn’t responded in the 24 hours that you promise your customers you will respond in?

It’s a very odd way of dealing with customers by getting on the defensive and making accusations against them because they’re not happy about the unethical and dishonest service you’re providing them with.

There are plenty of other reputable evaluation companies in the state of Illinois so take your business elsewhere.
