Daniel was very knowledgeable and efficient. Solved our problem with our concentrator part that fills our tanks (it was not completely filling them) Very personable. Every time I have had issues concerning my oxygen, she was “on the spot” to make sure I understood the new supply I was receiving or to find something that would help solve my issues! Katty was amazing. I had a question in my head and she answered before I said it out loud. She really knew her stuff and made me feel safe and welcome. Finally got my chair. Glad that I was abled to get it delivered to my home . after Kristen from Denver location wasn’t helpful with delivery or returning calls after she left me a message . Burlington location fixed everything for me, made sure to deliver my wheelchair and left me happy and very thankful to have gotten it delivered

After my oxygen test I wasn’t sure where to send it. Ended up driving 60 miles one way to turn my test into AeroCare.
There has to be a better program for shipping!
The Burlington office is run very professionally. Katy is great help. She goes above and beyond to help. Thanks Katie!
Now let’s talk about the call center or customer service center. They are terrible and don’t know what is going on what so ever!! Someone help straighten that mess out!! Please
