AE2 Learning has been a big help to me in my academic progress. I specifically went there for my SAT tutoring and it was a key part in achieving my target score. They have numerous sources focusing on each specific detail on the SAT, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a tutor.

My son has been going to Dr. Chandran and his team of professionals for a while to improve his SAT score. He’s had some challenges with anxiety and mental health since the Covid pandemic ended so wasn’t sure what to expect. We found Dr. Chandran online since it seems different than some of the big name prep places. The 1-on-1 instructions really tailored to each student strengths and weaknesses that you can’t get elsewhere and all the practice tests made a difference. My son started with 1120 and under the guidance and patience of Dr. Chandran and his team he was able to score in the 99% percentile for the SAT. I would highly recommend AE2 and Dr. Chandran for any student looking for something different yet effective strategies to improving their SAT scores.

My husband and I made it super clear to you verbally on multiple occasions on how dissatisfied we were with your services. Infact the only thing that was offered to us was the option of buying another set of 50 hours. I don't know where you picked up the 200 point increase number from. The biggest problem we had with you was issue related to scheduling and with my daughter not happy with you about giving her enough time and leaving it all on your bunch of high school kids to do the teaching.

I would give them a zero if I could. AE2 and Dr. Ravi came highly recommended by a friend whose kid undertook tutoring and SAT prep at the Edison location. I went through every review here to ensure we were making a sound decision since these SAT prep services are expensive. My kid signed up for 50 hours, and we were promised the score would go up by atleast a couple 100. After 50 hours, te score remained pretty much where we started. My kid did one on one sessions with Dr. Ravi and his team of student teachers. Mind you all teachers with Dr. Ravi have been his students; juniors and seniors in highschool or Freshman in college. That's his model. They use rote method without explaining concepts. If the child has questions they are made to just practice more for the same question . Memorization is encouraged instead of explaining the concept.

Also you must pay all the money upfront. There is no refund if you dont like teaching methods. You must pay for all 50 hours up-front! We paid up in good faith, but feel it was a total waste of money.

Interestingly we took our business to another SAT Prep school in town and my kid's score went up by 400 points! Within a couple of months! Please make an informed decision.

Dr.Ravi is a great tutor and I would recommend him to not only students who are taking SAT but also for students taking AP . He is very patient — which any good teacher needs. He provides both a great mix of assessing , mentoring and practical learning activities and a very safe, supportive learning environment. As a student, you feel pushed to learn and try out new competencies, feel safe and supported in doing so and gain valuable feedback that helps you to improve.

His teaching methods are great. Very clear and concise. Doesn’t waste your time explaining meaningless background information and always lectures with the intent to help you understand the material.

I went to Ae2 learning center for SAT prep, and I really enjoyed the experience and found the preparation very helpful! Dr. Ravi is excellent at teaching mathematics and explains every concept/question in detail. There wasn’t a single math topic that I had trouble with after his lessons! Their english prep is good as well and makes you think the actual SAT is easy! In addition, they also tutor for the ACT, subject tests, and other school subjects. Thank you Dr. Ravi!

Dr. Ravi Chandran and his team have been tutoring my daughter in Math and SAT for almost a year now. We definitely see that she is much more confident to take on challenges and is able to handle her classwork and homework better. AE2 has helped my daughter become a more independent thinker in all areas. It is a great and helpful program. My daughter goes to AE2 after school or sometimes on the weekends to study math and the SAT. Over the summer she studied algebra with Mr. Ravi and his wonderful tutors. She took the placement test in August and was placed in Geometry (which is a high school course) instead of Algebra 1, in 8th grade.

His patience with the children is incredible, which makes him so adorable and personable. Mr. Ravi targets students' weaknesses and creates an effective study plan for them. Mr. Ravi has an excellent command of his subjects. And, because he cares about others, Mr. Ravi can arrange make-up sessions, depending on your schedule. Mr. Ravi also provides homework assistance and test preparation. He cares deeply about students' education and is constantly looking for ways to raise them to a higher level.
My daughter needed dedication, commitment, and consistency, and that is what AE2 is teaching her.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Ravi and his team to any parent looking for help with their child's SAT, math, chemistry deficiencies, or as a means to peak performance. He has been a blessing to my daughter.
