Every Instructor, including the owner and his family are extraordinarily rude, mean, and unbelievably unprofessional at every level especially when it comes to dealing with their students. I was in the Marines for four years and Advantage Truck Driving School was worse in how they spoke to and treated you. every day I attended class, every instructor did their best to emotionally and intellectually insult every student. Please, believe all of the negative reviews about how rude they are to their students. Additionally, I attended for four months and never once got any truck to learn how to drive even though I had completed all of my testing prior to attending the school. even though I passed my oral exams for the air brake and pre-trip, I never once had a chance to drive one of the trucks because as other students said, the place is extraordinarily overcrowded, and disorganized. Because of this disorganization and overcrowded mess, they do not have a logical format in which students can have time behind the wheel.
I ended up quitting the school and going elsewhere.
Best of luck if you decide to attend after all the warnings, you will regret it.

Pretty decent CDL facility. I’d recommend them due to flexibility and good payment options. I will definitely say you get out of it what you put into it. You’ll plan on being here more than 5 weeks (days full time) if you aren’t really focused and dialed. You’ve got to be attentive because people who spend more time than they need to usually are not utilizing their time effectively. It was priced competitively and they will do anything they can to help you succeed as long as you’re trying. No hidden fees.

Great instructors! Great experience! I would highly recommend Advantage Driver Training to everyone. I learned a lot more than how to pass the test and obtain my CDL. Very well run. Very professional and still had fun!!!Everyone did a great job in-spite of Covid restrictions. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from these fine folks. Thank you Advantage Driver Training for helping me start a new career!!!!

The student to instructor ratio was 5 to 1! Compared to college or K-12 where its 25-30 (or more) I thought it was awesome! Everyone always took time to answer my questions and made sure I understood what I needed.

A couple of my classmates had conflicts with personal stuff, Advantage Driver Training Team was quick and easy to accommodate them and their schedules.

Do Not! Listen to the bad reviews. Those are probably the same people that sat around b.s.’ing about their hot new video games instead of studying the material and asking questions.

This school is great! Do not believe bad reviews of lazy students! Not only did they teach me a lot and give me plenty of one on one instruction! They also worked with me through some very serious family issues. Could not be happier! Randy Carter, Manny Cavasos, Becky,Larry all amazing staff members who go out there way to make sure you get all the help you need!!!

Worst CDL school to learn at if you're a beginner the Instructors have no patience & don't know how to teach . Especially in a Manual truck to a Beginner. My company Pulled me from the program & i went to 160 driving academy & Got My CDL when i went to 160 i instantly grasped the concept & it was so easy coming from teachers who actually know how to teach . I would only refer this school to people who are Advanced & know a thing or two about manual transmissions.

This place is a joke they just want your money. It’s incredibly overcrowded everyone is rude. They sell you on you can get your CDL in 5 weeks it’s a absolute lie. I signed and started the week of thanksgiving and they had my graduation date just over 3 months as a full time student. I left after the first week because I did absolutely nothing besides stand in the yard and watch people mostly stand around and do nothing. I started talking to some people and there is some people that have been there going full time for 3-4 weeks without even driving a truck and getting any experience behind the wheel. I cut my losses lost my $1000 dollars and went to 160 driving academy and got it in 5 weeks. It was the best decision of my life.
