Ive had to buy 3 atv batteries from this place from november-march, 2 have gone dead. I waited for 3-4 mins for someone to come to the desk. He walked around the aisles as I tried to ask about the warranty, over the shelves. The batteries are past warranty, no problem, but he kept walking away through aisles then to different computers as I was trying to ask about how to fix the problem with my ATV. He wouldnt even look up at me just turned his back multiple times. They say "alternator testing" on the window, so I asked if they do that on ATV. "Nope, only cars" and he walked away. I just wanted help to get the right part or what steps to take to fix my problem, and he just couldn't be bothered to even look at me.

Initially, I rated Advance 5 stars because the purchase and installation of new batteries went very well. I was also pleased to learn I earned $45 of rewards with my purchase. Today, I attempted to buy new jumper cables, $43, with my reward points....only to find I can only apply $10 of my rewards to each purchase. So, I did not buy the cables...and decided to let the public know about this mis-leading rewards program at Advance Auto.

Incredibly quick and helpful service! I’m not a car guy, so it’s always nice to have some help when you’re trying to do some DIY work yourself. Shout out to Dave, who went up and above today helping me out get my car back on track. It’s always hard to find places that do their best to help their customers, and Dave is definitely doing his part to make sure Advance Auto is helping their customers. Thanks Dave! On Thursday 4/26 I went to Advance Auto and bought a pair of windshield wipers for my car. At checkout I was asked if I needed help installing them. I thanked your employee but declined, saying I never needed help doing that before. Well, I got home and tried for quite a while to install these wipers. I gave up and drove back to your store. I admitted I should have let them help and Marti enthusiastically said , “I can do it!”
She kindly and patiently worked with it on my car that does not have ‘J’ type mounting. But she persisted and got it done! I really appreciate her and so should you!!

The GM Dave was very patient with me deciding what parts I needed and went above and beyond to help. Also, Dillon offered to help me out when I was having trouble installing. Will not go anywhere else for parts from now on due to the outstanding customer service from the employees at this particular store.
