What a fantastic place to spend your next party here- to say the kids had a blast is an understatement! It was beyond of what we expected! The facility was very nice and tidy, we had a private event and the staff there were hands down amazing!! Everyone in that establishment including the boss were beyond professional and very kind! Pizza was top notch too!! 5Stars for this place so book soon 🙂 You won’t be disappointed!

We’ve had the pleasure of experiencing several events and programs here, and each one has been fantastic! From a birthday party to a winter camp with extended stay and lunch, to the Noon Year’s Eve party, this place has consistently delivered fun and engaging experiences for the kids. They always come home happy, tired, and ready for a good night’s sleep.

What stands out most is the variety of activities offered—they keep the kids busy and entertained throughout. Shay, who runs this place, is truly exceptional. Her dedication and hands-on approach make everything run smoothly, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the families who visit.

Even though we live 45 minutes away, we happily make the drive because it’s worth it. This place has been a true gem for our family, and we look forward to more great experiences in the future!

In just a few months, Adrenaline Monkey has truly become a second home for my kids and me. I first discovered Adrenaline Monkey while it was still under construction and later found a Groupon after they opened. When we visited, my kids (ages 8, 7, and 5) had an absolute blast!

As a teacher, I had to return to work before my kids’ summer break ended, so I nervously signed them up for the drop-in summer camp. I was blown away—they loved every minute of their 8-hour days there! Since then, we've become members, which has been a game-changer for our family. With one of my sons playing baseball at Lifezone 360 and the other playing soccer with the LZ360 soccer club, we’re at the facility almost daily. The membership allows my other kids to play while practices happen—it’s so convenient, and they love it!

The staff at Adrenaline Monkey is incredible. They’re not just there to supervise—they actively engage with my kids, playing alongside them while I work at the tables (yes, they have wifi!). It’s a perfect setup: my kids burn off energy while I get productive time to focus.

The facility is clean, thoughtfully designed, and offers so many exciting activities for kids and adults to explore. From rock climbing walls and interactive obstacle courses to ninja courses and foam block fort-building, there’s always something new and challenging for my kids to try. It’s helping them grow into strong, confident, well-rounded individuals.

Adrenaline Monkey even has a snack stand with healthy options, and they offer adult beverages, making it a great space for team parties and family events. It’s worth noting that while Adrenaline Monkey rents space within Lifezone 360, they are not affiliated with Lifezone’s management or marketing (which can be lacking). The Adrenaline Monkey team is proactive, caring, and passionate about creating a positive experience for their patrons.

I couldn’t recommend Adrenaline Monkey more—it’s become an invaluable part of our family’s routine! 🐵✨

I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with my son's birthday party at Adrenaline Monkey in West Dundee, IL back on November 16th.

As my son was a summer camper, he knows and loves the staff there, but specially asked for Andrew to be his party host.

Andrew gave us the prime spot for this party, made sure to have drinks for everyone, got the pizza ready and did activities with all the kids- 12+ of them. He assisted them on the courses, climbing, etc. and even climbed the rock wall to fall back so the kids could bounce up when he went down. Each loved every minute of it.

What was above and beyond was that he took the time to learn all of my son's friend's names! He collected each one by name when it was time for pizza and cake.

I have been to many birthday parties and I have NEVER seen a host so friendly, interactive and caring as Andrew. He got all the kids involved which is so important!

My son cannot wait to go back to camp at Adrenaline Monkey this summer. I think from the experience the kids had, you will have some more campers coming this summer to have fun with Andrew and the team too!

I only give it this rating because I was there visiting for a birthday party which was reserved for 2 hours and we weren't able to enjoy the whole facility because they scheduled an event which closed off most of the location for the kids. Other than that, the facility was nice. Some of the employees were great. But should you purchase tickets in advance? Probably not because you don't know if they're hosting an event. They will make it a priority over your pre-purchase ticket. They will also prioritize memberships over the general public. The facility overall is amazing. The employees were okay but the execution of events is horrible. Was literally there for 4 hours and the kids got to play for about an hour. And that was after the event finished we had to wait.

I am utterly disappointed there is a $35 all in fee for two hours. You can’t get anybody to help you with your child to assist them on things. Service is terrible. The activities are overrated and not for six or seven year-old as stated in the other reviews, caution do not go to this place. I asked for a refund after a minute of walking through and was told that they do not give refund so beware. Complete rip off. I should’ve known that the parking lot was not filled on a day off of school.

This is my second visit here with my grandson. And a staff today are always great here. I was first greeted bye Gosha, and she gave my grandson.A royal treatment. Then, when we got to the gym, we were greeted by Jake and he was just absolutely wonderful, jake was so helpful trying to get my grandson through every part of this course very patient. I'm very accommodating. I highly recommend this place. What makes it more pleasurable that my grandson has ASD. I wish there was one closer to my house, i would be taking my grandson every weekend!
