We looked at a half a dozen places for childcare and never quite felt comfortable. We even decided to try a nanny because at least it was at our house. As soon as we walked into Active Childcare we knew that it was the right place. The teachers really cared about the kids and got to know them! Our LO had quite an adjustment period and each of the teachers were really patient, kind, gentle, and caring! I'm so glad that we found this place!

THEY HATE CHILDREN, THEY ARE NOT COMPRESSIVE TERRIBLE. I registered her a month ago, and since then she started with behavioral changes, she became aggressive, very angry and very sad. On the contrary, she is a very sweet, loving and very sociable girl. On several occasions I talked with her teacher Ariel, and Vanessa the assistant director, they said that everything was fine, they make you see that they are sweet and compassionate and it is a lie because I could see and verify it with the Active Childcare cameras. My daughter in the pictures she sent was very sad, and every time I was going to leave her there she did not want to, she said she did not like that school and when her teacher Ariel was crying. This situation worsened, and yesterday I decided to go to 12 pm to talk with their teacher Ariel and Vanessa they said everything was fine, I raised my concern about the changes in my daughter's behavior, I asked Vanessa the assistant from the director who showed me the cameras and put many excuses to show them, they did not do it at that moment. When I went to look for my daughter, I was sitting with another teacher who was not from her classroom, crying, I decided to ask for the cameras again to see what was happening. Vanessa the assistant of the director Jossan was very nervous, due to my insistence they agreed to show me. IT IS TERRIBLE the treatment that the children receive there, unfortunately the parents that we trust in places like these, we do not know what happens honestly. At the time of the children wake up from rest, I enter the room of my daughter Preschool 1 an Assistant and in an abrupt way she began to take the blankets from the children, my daughter was shot on the floor and began to take off their beds of rest to the few children who were asleep, she raised the beds with the children there asleep and threw them to the floor, she tore off the blankets without caring if they were asleep or not. All this I saw in the cameras yesterday Thursday June 28, 20018. This is a mistreatment towards children, this is not good, as soon as I saw this the director laughed and I told her that it did not seem funny to me that this was very delicate, I thought this deal was serious for some children, apart so small. The teacher who is in charge of Preschool 1 is called Ariel, she is a person who does not have patience and screams at children, she is not a qualified person to work with children. I also noticed in the video that daughter cried inconsolably and her teacher went to the bathroom and unfortunately I do not know what made her cry anymore, she had to call Vanessa and the director Jossan. They are a very false staff from the Assistant Vanessa, which shows that she is monitoring everything and monitoring the children by cameras, to ensure that everything is well and is totally false, they do not care what happens inside and are accomplices of the abuse that the children receive there. She does not have access to the cameras and she lied to me saying that she monitored the children. This is an alert to many parents who have their children here, we trust this site thinking that my daughter was going to be well cared for and was going to have a good deal and that did not happen. I do not want to imagine the treatment that will have had other days. Fatal this Day Care. My daughter told me that she did not want to go because her teacher Ariel was screaming at her. This is unacceptable. I regret to see my daughter enrolled in this site.

This place is a Joke. They put you on a waiting list that is a year long. However they fail to tell you that the parents who already have their kids in the daycare, they can keep having kids and their siblings get chosen over the kids on the waitlist. That's not fair to people who are on or have been on the waiting list for over a year and still have to wait cause parents can have more kids and don't have to enter a waitlist. It needs to be fair and equal for all parents and kids as everyone is seeking assistance for their child(ren)
