I've been here many times, employees are always helpful. Few bolts had fallen off my dirt bike so I took one in and they helped me find replacements.

I was helped on the phone by sales associate Mary Ann and she was able to help me find the Webber BBQ that I was searching for for Fathers Day.. Once she located the BBQ, she tagged it for me and pulled it into the back so that it would be there while I was driving to the store from Ceres to pick up the new gift. The employees, all that I came into contact with, were all very kind and helpful. The customer service was so good at this store, I might make the drive into Hilmar the next time I have a need for something from a hardware store.

This place is a hidden gem! The staff is always super friendly and more than happy to help (which you don't always get at some of the other stores). They have reasonable prices and a surprisingly wide selection of items. This is quickly becoming my go to.
