Both Sheri and Hy are wonderful to work with. I had a situation in an apartment building and they came out immediately on a holiday week. Very knowledgeable and compassionate to my problem. Test results came back quickly and they made sure I understood the findings.

Hy was our inspector, and he was fantastic! He took time to explain everything to us (first time home buyers) and provided very detailed instructions for how we should maintain things going forward. Very impressive team. Hy is kind and patient with his inspections. He took the time to explain EVERYTHING, and answer all my questions. This is my first time buying so this is my first time doing an inspection, and I’m glad we went with ACCUspect. Hy seemed very knowledgeable about all areas of the inspection and gave me lots of advice on small things to fix that the seller usually doesn’t agree to address.

I am purchasing a condo, and I recommend requesting Hy, as he was the inspector I worked with.

Amazing, thorough inspection. Hy was our inspector and let me tell you, he is great. Super knowledgeable, checks every single thing out. After each section is complete he will once again ask if you have any other questions or concerns. He took great photos, took his time, and honestly inspected it like it was his own house he’d be living in. Great experience and I would highly recommend using this company, I looked around and did my research, they are the best.

Hy was quick but thorough in inspecting our new home. He answered all our questions and called out all sorts of things we should be aware of, whether it was something that needed to be repaired immediately or replaced eventually, or even just how to keep things in proper working order.
