We love the Academy of Music and Art!

My 10-year-old son has been taking guitar lessons with Chris for several months now and has absolutely loved the experience. Chris is a patient, attentive instructor. He gives my son the opportunity to learn the songs he is most interested in, and he has an expert knowledge of the instrument. Henry started lessons having never picked up a guitar and he has made tremendous progress.

My 6-year-old daughter takes beginning ballet classes with Ms. Keeley, and she loves her Monday classes! Keeley is energetic, friendly and fun. She motivates her students with her upbeat attitude and positive reinforcement. My daughter has learned so much about ballet and has improved steadily since she started working with Keeley.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Academy of Music and Art!

We've done two summer camps and piano lessons. Everything has been fabulous! Their programs are fun, low pressure and confidence-building. They offer such a variety! A great place to introduce and foster a love of the arts.

My son is 6 years old and took the explore the arts camp with Ms. Grace and Ms. Sage. After the camp he was so proud of what he made he hung the art projects all over his room! He loved the Academy and can't wait to come back to the school for other classes. The office staff is helpful and professional, and the owner always greeted us in the morning when we dropped our son off. He is very friendly and always stayed to talk with us and answer any questions we had. This school has something for every type of student, including ours. I would definitely recommend the Academy to anyone and we plan on bringing our son back for more classes soon.

I took guitar and drum lessons for 4-5 years at the Academy of Music and Art and can't say enough about it. Chris Wilson is an excellent teacher and molds his approach to fit the student. He helped me develop my love for making music, and I owe him a great deal. He's also just fun to hang out with – I always looked forward to my lessons each week. I would recommend the Academy to anyone who's looking to improve at guitar, drums, bass, or piano (or anything else, really).

I started here doing the musicals and slowly grew to become part of the team here at the academy. The director and all of the staff are some of the most encouraging people I have ever met. Watching them help young children grow into artists of their own is just mind blowing. Myself being one of those young children, at one time, growing into the person I am today, I highly recommend coming in for a class. Introducing your children to the arts is one of the best things that you could ever do for them.
