I have never had a bad experience with Aaron's, and this experience was great just like always. I ordered a mattress set and had it delivered. The employees I dealt with at the store were very nice and helpful, and so were the delivery men. The delivery men Adam and Corey were polite and fast. When Adam arrived at my home he introduced himself and waited a safe distance from my door until he was invited in, he professionally and nicely asked me where I wanted my mattress and gave me a run down of how they would set it up which I appreciated
They assembled the bed and had us make sure it was exactly where we wanted it before leaving. The great workers at Aaron's is what always keeps me coming back!!

My service with Aaron's was fantastic. The delivery guys Mitch and Kraig were extremely nice and very helpful! Got our washer and dryer delivered earlier then expected! Set up was fast! I'd highly recommend them to everyone.

They're generally a good store with great and helpful employees. Although it's kind of weird because after getting to the store you sit at a computer and you fill out the application to figure out how much Aaron's approves you for. The actual lease is an on-computer form with electronic signatures. That's all fine. It just felt like the employees is being there was a waste of resources.

I’ve been a customer since 2006 and I have always received excellent service. Yesterday I had a stove delivered and Mitch and Kreg were very respectful and courteous. My new account manager Nathan was very respectful and when I called him Monday to tell him I needed a new stove he had one out to me Wednesday along with all the paperwork and everything. I didn’t even have to leave my house. Thank you Scot for years of providing an outstanding team of professional, respectful and courteous employees.

Scott was my salesperson that helped with the purchase of our furniture set and was able to get it delivered immediately! I really liked the idea that we are able to mix and match what tables lamps and carpet we wanted. Awesome service! Craig and Mitch delivered and set it up . I'm amazed at the fast delivery!

My husband and I got a couch from the Aaron's in Sterling, Illinois. It was delivered today by two very nice gentleman; Mike and Kraig. They were very polite and brought in our couch with great care. They did an awesome job. The couch looks great and is super comfortable!! Thank you Mike and Kraig, thank you to Mitch, our sales guy at the Aaron's store. Mitch was great; he helped us find our dream couch when we were struggling to find exactly what we wanted. Thanks Aaron's and staff, you have two very satisfied customers!!!

Mitch and Kraig did an awesome job today with our new kitchen appliances. They came prepared and knowledgeable. They installed our appliances for us and also moved our old ones wherever we needed. They were also extremely polite.

From the time we walked in the store Mitch made finding a washer for us so easy. He made sure we got what we wanted. When him and Mate delivered out washer they were very friendly and made sure everything worked. They even took our old washer for us. Thanks so much Mitch and Nate.
