Excellent experience. Jim, owner, and audiologist gave me a thorough exam. Fitted me with some new devices and made sure that my goal to have the best hearing I can get was met. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Shared with me a lot of things I did not know that helped me get the best results. Would highly recommend.

I loved my visit to the hearing Dr! She was so kind understanding and personable. I was a little scared to come in, because of fear of the unknown. After this amazing visit and chat with the practitioner I will highly recommend anyone with hearing questions or concerns to learn more about what could be happening to cause concern or symptoms. Two weeks ago I was fitted with new hearing aids at A Better Hearing Center. My first hearing aids that I had purchased from a different company were uncomfortable and the service was non-existent. Needless to say I did'nt wear them much. On my first visit to purchase new aids at A Better Hearing Center I soon realized the first concern of the people was to give me the best hearing possible . They did a very thorough testing and were careful to explain everything to me. I . I'm hearing better than I have in years and I now have aids that are so comfortable I can't tell if I have them on or not. At my follow-up meeting today I received the same wonderful service as the first appointment. I highly recommend them.

Only one visit into this, but this place impresses me so far. The audiologist (Jim) listens carefully, was very open minded and transparent, and didn't try to razzle dazzle me. I’m a long-term wearer of hearing aids, so he cut right to the chase and discussed best options versus most expensive options. Staff was also friendly and helpful. I’ll update this review as I continue with this experience,

Cannot say enough amazing things about Courtney, her care for clients, and love for what she does. I first saw her at a Health Wellness Festival and she recommended I come see her at one of their locations. I was finally able to get in last Friday between work and other appointments and it was completely worth it. She truly enjoys what she does and has a passion for educating you on how to keep your ears clean and healthy. I’ve already recommended her to friends and family.
