Our son has been attending Genesis Daycare since February of this year in their baby room. We have had absolutely the best experience. The owners and management have been great to work with. The camera feature of being able to see our little man during the day is fantastic. And there are no words that can describe how grateful we have been for his teachers Ms Chantilly and Ms Emiley in the baby room. They are absolutely the best. We are unfortunately moving out of state next week and so wish we could just move all of Genesis to North Carolina with us. I would recommend Genesis Daycare to any and every one. We will miss these wonderful people! I have never once doubted their care and concern for our son and I have always felt that he was in a safe, happy, nurturing environment.

For the review below, this issue has been dealt with. The baby, in reference to, was being brought to the daycare during the winter months with only a onesie and a blanket. No socks, shoes or hat were placed on this child. This in itself will cause anyone to have a runny nose and colds. The bottle, in reference to, was actually the bottle that was brought from home. Here at Genesis we use a different bottle and we make sure that our bottles are clean. We asked this concerned mother to bring the bottle back to the daycare so that we (the owners) could see it and she never came back with it. Our nursery worker stated that she noticed stains on the baby's bottle but that it was not mold. Let's talk about our cameras here at Genesis! We are very proud to have a camera system here that does protect BOTH, children and employees. Parents are able to view their child throughout the day on their mobile devices. We (as the owners) are able to roll back the cameras and look at the different classrooms throughout the day. In the event that a situation happens and we need proof/evidence then we have a cameras to rely upon. Now, we do believe that the root of this problem is money. In our handbook it is stated that when a parent pulls their child from our daycare, we must have a 2 week notice. When she pulled her child out it was sudden so she forfeited her deposit. This mother because irate with one of the owners when the deposit was not given back and she was asked to leave the premises due to how she was conducting herself. This will be our last time addressing this issue and if there are any questions or concerns, feel free to visit our center. Thanks!

We've had the absolute most horrible experience EVER with this daycare center the staff are very unprofessional and do not communicate well with parents and are not up to date as far as training goes. I currently have this daycare under investigation and DO NOT recommend it to anyone who has real love and concern for their child's well being. ?

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The teachers doesn’t watch the kids like the should. My nephew was asleep in the chair and I was told that the director told his worker it was okay for her to leave him asleep in the chair. Now what would have happened if he fell out the chair? Very unprofessional!!!
