Northark is a small community college in Harrison, AR. It is modern, clean , and well-equipped and there is a wide range of class offerings. The art department is especially impressive. It offers painting, drawing, pottery, photography, and several classes in web design and computer design. The greatest thing about Northark, however, is that senior citizens can attend free

The college has a College Grill where they serve food like hamburgers, sandwiches, hunts pizza, cooler salads, parfaits, etc. Really decent food, good prices, and staff is really helpful and friendly and they make your food how you want it!

Recruited daughter to play program “fell apart” days before moving in we’re still lied to regarding the handling of remaining players and they were basically left out to dry. Was told during campus tour of higher requirements academically for student athletes by the head coach and not one promise was upheld but they got their money so that is all that matters. My daughter had no time to get through enrollment anywhere else and thus had to stick out the year at a shamble of an athletic department . Coach rarely if ever checked on the players he left to fend for themselves.

I know it’s a community college. But it really does not support students who live far away. Also there is zero intramural sporting events. The gymnasium and tennis courts are open to students but there is no competitive sports to play. Could be a really good school I just feel like there is no support center. And intramural teams would be sick.

Highly recommended, I enjoyed my time at this community college. Seamless transfers to different universities. Shout out to Mr. Weisman in the criminal justice program for making it an awesome experience.

I am very upset with North Arkansas College (NAC) DON'T TRUST THEM, they kicked our daughter out of her classes and never said anything to her only after month after they removed her from those classes even tho she was still attending the classes she never knew they had removed her from them and now they are saying she owes them money. DON't TRUST THEM. They will screw you over watch out even if it's their fault for the screw-up on the system they will blame it on you and make you pay for it.

If you're looking for an education, this is not the place for you, they'll hand you a textbook, then give you a test, no lecture, no teaching, just charging people to figure it out on their own, with a book you could buy for a fraction of the cost, and paying staff to stand around and do nothing while you're expected to teach yourself. This isn't a place of higher learning, it's a sham.
