Is there anyway to get ahold of the owner and number this daycare be asking and doing to much I came to make my payment Friday and I got my check late and I tried to go pay it and carol wouldn’t take my payment and Now trynna charge me 25$ for late fees !!! This is not okay !!! And at that I didn’t get my children today I was working late so the sitter had got them. I really am giving this a 1 star because the staff and never getting an understanding from the owner. At this point they just care about the money

The owner is hardly ever there and she's definitely not there after 4. She never called me back the few times I had issues. I guess I do like how serious they are about suspending troubled students. Miss carol is nice enough but majority of the time she ignores you. I used to get them gifts for the big holidays like teacher appreciation and christmas etc but i only got one thank you from the 5 teachers i made a huge stocking with selfcare items and gave them a big cup for coffee or water whatever they liked. I've only ever met like 3 or 4 teachers but they've left and gone. I never got to meet my twins new teacher.. and the set up is weird you can't walk back to drop off your kids nor to pick up which I didn't like. So we never saw them in the actual room. Overall, they're okay. You don't get to talk to the teachers, if you have an issue the owner probably won't talk to you. But my daughters were always happy to go there. So thank you to the teachers for obviously treating them well.
