First time in this store today. I came in search of a gift for a child who enjoys playing golf. I saw the perfect gift on their website, and they had plenty of the item in stock. It was easy to find.

Will I be back? Probably not any time soon, but that is only because do not shop in sporting good stores often.

Huge sporting goods store. Immaculate and very well stocked with merchandise. Several clearance racks lining the isles. Friendly and helpful associates. Helped me find what I was looking for. Removed one star for merchandise prices.

I walked through your entire store just now wanting to buy a bike and accessories. Mid day , not busy, lots of associates visible stocking. Not one person greeted me or offered to assist in any way. I left with nothing. I will not return to any Dick’s. As a retail business manager myself I can tell you that is an unacceptable way to operate your location .

Lack customer service took forever to ring out my items only person in line , only had work clothes for a business trip stop in here cause Burlingtons didn’t have anything spent 200 in sporting goods the BLONDE

When I walked in, I saw the FAMU gear front and center. I was able to get some good FAMU gear. I wish there were more 2XL offerings for big guys like me.

Stopped by Dick’s Sporting Goods the other day looking for a good walking shoe. The young man in the footwear section Mordikai was polite, patient, and knew his stuff. I mentioned I’d had some trouble with my knees and he immediately suggested trying Brooks. He asked a few questions, brought out a couple options, and took the time to explain the differences. Ended up with a pair that fit like a glove and feel great on my morning walks. Hard to find service like that these days. Well done.

My consistent experience at Dick Sporting Goods in Tallahassee has been overwhelmingly positive. Over the past three years, the staff’s customer service has improved significantly. During my most recent visit, I needed to have a bicycle repaired, and unfortunately, the insurance claim was causing complications. Dayla, Charlie, and Jacob listened attentively to my situation after conducting some research. They worked together to find a solution, and we ultimately reached a consensus.
