I thought it was time for an updated review of this Goodwill facility. As others have mentioned it is very convenient to drive up to the truck and unload. I also am very impressed by the staff here as they personify the reason that Goodwill is an American institution - they are great!
I had not parked correctly on my recent visit and they accommodated me anyway with caring and professionalism. I will continue to donate here with gratitude for the work that they do (with correct parking though).
Also shout out to one of the awesome employees there, Trevor, who is a wonderful ambassador of the company, hard working and polite, and thoughtful!

Absolutely miserable experience. The two guys that took my stuff were beyond RUDE!!! They acted like I was a total imposition, and one of them wouldn't help lift the boxes onto the back of the semi. I'm 64 and needed help, and he just stood there saying "who's going to help me inside the truck? This is your job to lift it, I work inside the truck." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I will NEVER go back!!!!

They make it so easy at the location in Laguna Niguel parking lot located in the Ziguart Bldg area. Drive up, open car trunk, they will take items for donation. Give you a receipt and off you go. NO hassle, no waiting, just donating to good charity.
