You will NEVER get a call back from them. These people get hired to do absolutly nothing meanwhile people can't even get EBT or even get these people to call you back. Get out of stearns county ASAP if you need assistance. I myself have been waiting for help from them for a long while now and probably have left over a hundred total voice mails and I know now they don't care about people enough to pick up the phone.
