I’ve been banking here since 2017. Everything is fantastic unless you need to reach someone on the phone…. It’s almost impossible to get someone to actually answer a phone call. I have had to drive to the location and speak to someone in person multiple times about a simple issue that could have been handled over the phone.

I am grateful for Heather and Angela at Loyalty CU in Crawfordville. Everytime I use swing by to use shared branding they always greet me with a friendly smile and they are quick and efficient.
Thank you Loyalty CU for having such wonderful tellers.

Absolute worst ever. No one answers the phone, returns calls or responds to emails. Tried over a week to just get someone on the phone. Forget becoming a new member, getting a loan or refinancing your car because no one will answer. You guys have a very nice new location but need lots of training on how to run it. Very disappointed ☹️.

If I could give zero stars I would. Nobody ever answers the phone here, EVER. I have left numerous voicemails and nobody ever calls me back. The online system is just as terrible as I am unable to update basic information such as my new home address, updating my name etc. I will never again get a loan through this credit union or work with them in the future as soon as I pay off my car loan.

The people at the crawfordville location are very rude it takes them 45 minutes just to take care of one person. They have glass up inside the building but are not allowing people inside.it would be so much better if they had people inside actually doing their job. And not giving their customers attitude.

I'm trying to open an account with your bank. No one is answering the phone. The system will not allow transfers to go through. The worst phone system in the work. I checked out the other branch reviews and I will not be opening an account with you. I liked your hours of operation too. To bad 🙁

No body ever answers the phone or returns messages they also stayed closed with one teller even when all other banks started to open during covid , also I’ve been a member for a very long time and they could care less
