Jordan Driving school has a monopoly with Wake County schools and it shows. Everything is awful, from the registration process (there are not nearly enough classes available to meet demand), wait between classroom and on the road training, very little covered during driving instruction, basically after the long wait parents are left with a student who practiced nothing besides driving around a parking lot and a neighborhood road briefly. Parents much teach from scratch once permit is received. And finally, both my students experienced mistreatment from staff, in one case quite serious. WCPSS, please get rid of this vendor!

Awful driving school as reflected in area drivers. They can’t even teach acceleration or how to turn without completely stopping. They are really just creating more hazards in the left lane.

Pure Crap! My oldest daughter had to wait until 18 to get her license because it was difficult to get into a class, and the process is insanely slow. Now I can't register my other daughter because the time slots are always unavailable after 60 seconds. What a joke! Especially when you have some of the worst drivers I've ever seen, and I can say that because I've lived in 7 states.

It's evident they have NO competition when it comes to getting drivers ed through Wake County schools. From start to finish the process was a nightmare. When I confronted my kids behind-the-wheel instructor today for yelling at my kid and shaming his rather than supporting him, he couldn't have cared less. His response: "I'm not going to get into it with you. Call Jordan and complain." He knows they won't do anything to him.

ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS
This might be one of the worst driving schools ever made. You have to wait ages for behind the wheel. Not to mention their absolutely terrible driver's ed program where they took away all my time, 3 hours a day, and did nothing but bring my grades down. Now the ridiculous part is behind the wheel. Not to mention names but my instructor was terrible, he thought he worked for the FBI when he got paid 10 bucks an hour. He yells at me on the top of his lungs right in my ear every day. Think about this, it's your second day ever of driving, you're going 70 miles an hour down a freeway, and your instructor is yelling at your ear when you turn on the turn signal 3 seconds too early. How is that not a hazard?! Not to mention they do everything but teach. How'd y'all even get licensed to teach?! I can find a random guy from the streets and he would teach better. No wonder y'all got fired from our school. In conclusion, YOUR WASTING MONEY.

My son just finished driving with Ms. Paula Jackson and she was amazing with him. I appreciate her patience, honesty, and care because she truly does care about the kids safety behind the wheel. I am so happy that she was our instructor and I would give her more stars if I could. My son feels confident about taking his driving test soon and it's all because of Ms. Paula.

Coach Epps Heritage Highschool. Coach Epps was an amazing driving instructor. He explained little details of driving and helped give us confidence to be out on the road. I had an amazing experience, 5/5.

I can not recommend enough for you to look elsewhere. We took the course based out of Fuquay High School. It took over 9 months from the initial drivers ed course to the behind the wheel portion. The entire process is a disorganized mess and the instructor only gives you a days notice and if you arent able to commit for the full 3 days at that time, you get put back into the queue and hope for a call the next week. The instructor herself was beyond disrespectful and rambled on to our teenager about her personal political beliefs and conspiracy theories and had no place in teaching the student about driving techniques. The only upside is that we know now to enroll our next child in a different company when they are ready to drive.
