I treated myself to a facial here (just before Christmas) and it was so relaxing. No heavy sales pitch at the end either! Just pure mediative bliss. So glad I did it & I will be back. (picture is of the waiting area - it's stunning)

This was a very interesting experience for 3 people after we confirmed the day before we needed 3 services done at the same time planned months in advance. When we arrived, they told us one of the Aestheticians didnt know she had an appointment and was on her way so 2 of us got pedicures done while the other one waited. the other aesthetician never showed up for her. The management team seemed to have changed their story to cover for this person after and say that they never said the person was on their way. We left very disappointed and it ruined our experience that we had planned for months with the 3 of us. It also was a long drive for all of us and very unfair for the person who didn’t get a service! Ferrington spa has very strict rules about cancellation policies yet they didn’t come through for us being the clients!

One of the best pedicures I've ever had! Sharon was absolutely wonderful and did a great job. Despite being in an open treatment room with other guests getting nail services, it was relaxing and quiet. The woman who works at the front desk (Alyssa or Alicia, not sure? sorry!) was also great--remembered me from my last visit and was efficient and pleasant! Will absolutely be back.

If you are looking for a spa where you can relax and forget about the day’s stress, The Spa at Fearrington is definitely the right choice. From the moment you enter the facility, you are greeted with a calming atmosphere and welcoming staff. I was very impressed with the attention to details and professional manner of the therapist in making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend The Spa at Fearrington.

The spa is clean and cute but doesn’t match the high priced services. I received a facial and massage. The facial was great but the room felt cramped and was very bright. Also the music was very low so you could hear people talking at the front desk. The actual facial was good and I enjoyed the products. The massage therapist was nice but the massage was definitely forgettable and nothing special.

I wouldn’t have been so disappointed if the services weren’t so expensive. With such a hefty price, I expected something very different. I thought my visit would have been exceptional and included more of a total spa experience. It did not.

We had the pleasure of having Kasey and Charlie (Charlotte) as our therapists for a couples massage. Alisia was our hostess and she made sure that we were comfortable prior to our appointment. It was a pleasant and aesthetic environment and we ended our spa day with lunch at The Belted Goat. It was a lovely day and a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary!

I just had my first experience with this spa this past weekend. My boyfriend and I drove up to see his family and he got me a massage to this spa as a birthday and Valentine's Day present. He set me up with a 60 minute deep tissue massage. When I first got there the young woman at the front desk was very polite and friendly, she gave me a clipboard to fill out and showed me to the back room which was a waiting area. My appointment was at 2:30 someone didn't come get me until 2:45, which is not a big issue. However, unknowingly my boyfriend set me up a time that was the same as his mom and sister. Three people came to get us at the same time, however two of the women who worked there called the mom, and no one called me. Again, not a big issue I understand mistakes happen. Well, one of the women finally came back and got me and took me upstairs to the massage room, but didn't say anything about the mistake or the wait. It was very clean and relaxing it also had a full bathroom with amenities in it. I got undressed and the massage started. I would like to remind that I was set up for a deep tissue massage, which is more expensive than a basic Swedish massage. I have had a fair share of massages and know the difference. The massage I got was by no means a deep tissue massage, I had to ask her twice to use more pressure, then I got tired of asking and left it alone. I understand that not everyone is comfortable with deep tissue but say that from the start and don't overcharge someone for a massage that they did not receive. This woman barely used any pressure while giving the massage (even after asking her) and didn't even ask if there were any places I wanted her to focus on. Also, an extra side note, I did not get in the room until 2:45 and i was done with the massage AND dressed by 3:30. Again I was supposed to get a 60 minute massage... Lets just say I ended up leaving very disappointed and not relaxed. Hopefully, my experience was just a fluke and this doesn't happen very often.

My complaint is not with the front desk staff, the woman I spoke to I believe her name is Alyssa was very helpful. My issue is with the manager, Angela. Awhile back I had an issue and after weeks she finally reached back out and was very dismissive and rude. Management is a nightmare, it’s a shame that I will not be spending my hard earned money here because the front desk was wonderful and helpful, if only management had the same professionalism and heart!

My sister and I both got pedicures at the spa. Allie and Kathryn were quite pleasant to chat with and did an outstanding job. I appreciate that the pedicures are done from a regular chair with the water and implements brought to you. The leg and foot exfoliation and massage were especially nice. I also liked the availability of fruit-infused water or tea to enhance the experience.

I got a facial from Alisia, she was amazing! She made me very comfortable, was friendly, knowledgeable, and skillful. She used holistic products on my sensitive skin and I had no issues at all. My boyfriend got a hot stone massage and raved about that as well. Overall worth the price tag and would recommend Alisia to anyone!

I traveled from Florida to spend some relaxation time with my sister… she had booked us a massage and facial at the spa. The facial I received took relaxation to a whole new level! I can’t thank Alisia enough for the experience - I highly recommend anyone in the area to book a facial with her.
