Excellent company and products at great prices. The online Michigan 60 hr. Pre-license Video Course was awesome. Passed the Licensing test with flying colors. I have also completed the 21 hr. Continuing Education course and have printed certificates ready to go for my license renewal in May of 2018. I am so glad I went with Builders License Training Institute.

This place doesn’t stand behind what they say. I would highly recommend looking for someone else to help you get your builders license also the manager/ owner is very rude and only cares about her money not her clients! When I signed up for their online class they guaranteed that you would pass your exam or they would pay for you to take it the second time. When I failed my exam by 2 points I called them and the owner/ manager was very rude to me and closed up my account and hung up on me! After she refused to pay for me to retake my exam.

I took the 60 hrs. Many people over 5 I conversed with took this course as well an all failed the the first time. There 98% pass on first time is a joke. I have been studying 12 hours a day and took A practice test on PSI and of course failed. All the people I talked to said failed the first time. False advertising saying 98% pass first time. Half the questions were not in the books you pay extra for or in the 60 hours required or the extra exam! I feel ripped off

I took the 60 hour builders class from Builders License Training in 2018 and passed the state of Michigan builders exam on my first try! The course was completely online but I learned so much. When I had questions I called the instructors and talked to them directly and they were always available and helpful. I didn’t have very much building background. I also helped my parents fix a rental house. I was a laborer for a framer for 1 year. I had never run a project, job, or company. I now am a partner in my own business and we made over 100K our first year of business. I highly recommend Builders License Training Institute. I will be using them in the future for CE’s and classes to continue to improve my business!

Thank you BLTI for a great LIVE INSTRUCTOR class and first class personal followup service from Cassie when renewing my State of Michigan builders license on line. Using the State of Michigan portal can be challenging, however Cassie stepped in and saved the day. As a first time BLTI attendee I was very pleased with the Menards Wixom location and the great lunch and snacks.

I have taken a lot of on-line courses and expected the normal death by PowerPoint but Scott was a refreshing instructor that was engaging and very knowledgeable. I found myself breezing through the courses.

Dedicated to their work and always available to answer question!!! Even years after going through the training courses we can call and ask question and if they don't know the answer, they will track it down and make sure to get it for you!!
