Great ideals - ie clean used goods for free. But too difficult to donate. Days/times they're open are not conducive to those whom work. Granted, they have limited space for donations but every time I've tried to donate it's been a hassle. Despite heeding their requests to bring only a small amount to donate (ie only a couple grocery bags of stuff), each time I've had to BEG them to take my things, including mostly brand new, tags on, brand name clothing plus size clothing (which are hard enough to find with money). Last 3 trips have been a bust. Too much gas money and wasted time trying to do good. I will not be back.

Very small selection of items. Volunteers were right behind straightening stuff out as fast as you looked at it. In the past they had a much nicer selection of items. Asked people to sign in as they came in the door.

I know I will never donate anything to goodwill again this place is completely free you need donate the items and they give away to people in need me personally went in once but liked how it was set up and it give to our community and the people and the children that parents that struggle to get clothes for themselves and there children so I hope more people give what they can whether it be items or donation because it had to cost to keep the rent for building and eltricity and heat this is the best thing that's happened to Marshall
