I really enjoyed taking this class with Byron. He was a very informative and an instrumental instructor. This class was a refresher for me but I actually learned a lot of new information in his class. I would recommend his class to any and everyone. I would definitely take any classes I may need in the future with Byron.

Training Heart provided a combined class that included CPR, First Aid, and Article 9. Byron's ( the instructor) approach toward teaching the information was developed and concise. The way he taught the material it stuck, and I was able to pass my test with confidence. First of all I want to thank Training hearts. The people are so wonderful and training us with CPR, first aid article nine you name. they are so warm and wonderful. they go over what you need to pass the test. The classes are easy. It’s also like being at home answering these questions doing these classes and getting them right I learned a A lot about CPR I would recommend everyone that has a company that need their staff certified. They are the people to go to.professional.The owner they are wonderful. You can’t ask for a better person than Byron. Thank you for all that you do for everyone thumbs up I give you five star. Wish I can give you 10 stars.

Byron keeps it efficient! He’s personable, friendly, it really was a great experience. I did CPR, Article 9 and First aid all in one day, in person, and it couldn’t have gone better. Lots of local food options for the breaks, easy access off the 202, all in all, will definitely go back to Byron for future cert renewals.
