Adecco itself was helpful but my experience working at hello fresh wasn’t what I expected and the ppl who I worked amongst didn’t carry the best skills working with others. I noticed a few things that made me not want to return to hello fresh and I noticed I had to drag myself in and out the place every day. My experience doesn’t mean it will be your experience. I am sensitive to energy so I would go outside for lunch and every break. I am use to working with ppl and love helping others so I thought it would be great being that I came from a hotel I perform music and am a tarot reader. As I got there I noticed that ppl were more so in competition with others instead of working together as a group. One lady kept telling me to do the wrong thing and than would tell the supervisor I am doing the wrong thing and I would later on have them come to me saying I’m doing it wrong even though the person who walks around to over see me told me to do it like that. The section they had me in the ppl were rude and not pleasant to work with. I also felt like it was a place that did favoritism with certain groups of ppl. I had a guy tell me on my last day not to leave my hello fresh jacket at my working placement for the day for lunch and when a different culture group did it it was acceptable. He screamed at me and I did t like that. I feel like all ppl should be respected and treated properly. When I go to work for others at a company I pay attention to if they respect the work I do for them by how they talk to me and treat me. For me it’s not the money but the ppl. The money was ok although I feel like working in a freezer you should make more. Overall my experience working at hello fresh was ok wasn’t the best experience I felt like ppl were picking on me every day and I didn’t like it. In a work environment I want to be treated with respect as I that’s what I bring and offer to others. I’m use to working with large groups but I don’t think this was the group for me. As far as Addeco I’ve never had an issue they were honest and respectful from the jump. I’m fact I should have applied to a customer service job instead. It’s never the work we do but the ppl we work with!!!
