Staff is nice, but I cannot count the number of times I've looked for items here that they do not have. There is plenty of inventory, just not what I've needed. Since it is a small town location, my thought is that I would rather supply needed items, and not have people drive out of town to put money in someone else's pockets.

The place looks as though it is out of business, all the product was disheveled or was depleted. The hours were supposed to be open at 6:00 AM but no one showed up until 7:15 AM and the guy looked unkempt and hung over. The place is far below Ace hardware standards and I'm am surprised this is allowed by Ace. I recommend going to the Ace Hardware in Catalina...

HELLO!!!!! Who is in charge of the employees at this store? Do you not realize they are the reason you rate a 1.5? I'm willing to bet if you fired your entire staff and rehired some humans with some manners, your ratings would sky rocket. How did your current staff even get hired to begin with? Were you just desperate or what. Piece of advice, get it together and take charge of your store. Get rid of all those losers ASAP!!!

Why in the store to get some paint, the clerk was sitting behind the counter on his Fon, when I ask for help in the paint department he told me he didn't know how to mix paint. . As I was leaving, I told him the store was a mess and he replied "I know!" Real helpful!!!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful from the manager down to the part timers. The carry as many needful items as they can to serve our very rural location. If not for their presence there would be no choice but t o make the drive to the valley for needful things. They also run the U-Haul service.

Went there today. The girl working was so rude and treated me like dirt. Austin is nice and friendly but she should not work with people.
