Had a sign on the window saying wait here for service. I waited over 45 minutes to be seen and never saw the first person. I called on the phone while in the lobby and of course they have no funds.... Useless in time of need. Need better administration or something. They are in new improved building though.....

These ppl should be acknowledged for their serve to the community, there's not enough staff from my past encounters, but what center is fully staffed and funded. Very knowledge, and assisting ppl with benefits, job placement assistance, classes to sharpen your work skills. Check for yourself what all they can assist you with. PLEASE DO FLOOD THE CENTER WITH FALSE NEEDS, THANK YOU!

Went for rental assistance and was told the amount they can pay and the amount I needed to come up with. I been calling and leaving voicemails and my name sense Thursday. I spent 2 hours in a class and gave them paperwork. After a few days of being ignored and no return calls I decided to go to the office today. Was told they didn’t have no funds and was very rude this place is full of mess. I need to reach someone who’s over this or the organization that’s funding these people to tell them how they treating people.

They are very rude. I was made to feel like I was just there for a handout and the money was coming from their pocket. The lady in the front was epically rude not only with me but several other clients. U shouldn't have to feel ashamed to ask for help, however these ladies act like they are above you .just remember EVERYONE needs help sometimes hope they don't and have to depend on me to give it to them

Wonderful people. I embarrassingly needed help with my power bill. Due to stress, I accidently messed up some of my paper work. The woman that helped was super understanding and they still helped me. If yall see this, thank you again. I was just about ready to give up.

Great organization, they helped me with a utility bill and it was a quick process. Workers are really nice and I'm very thankful for the help! I was also given a cleaning kit that had everything you would need to clean your home and a Covid-19 prevention kit.
