My daughter attends Kids Journey and I absolutely LOVE this daycare. My daughter adores her teacher and I love the level of communication that the teachers and directors have with me. I get updates and photos throughout the day and it makes my heart so happy that she is so taken care of. I felt 0 panic about returning to work after having a baby and leaving her in the very capable hands of Kids Journey!

Let me say that when my son first started here we loved the staff and more importantly my son loved going to daycare but this past Tuesday all that changed when we were told Tuesday morning that he wasn't allowed back because he wasn't a good fit. All my son talked about was getting to see his friends at school everyday he was so happy and it breaks my heart that he's not able to get to do that anymore. We were never gave any warnings this just came from out of the blue and the way it was handled was very unprofessional I've lost all respect for the owner and staff. My son is 3 and yes he likes to goof off and thinks everything is funny but today when I picked him up from his new make shift baby sitter he is crying because he didn't get to see his friends and he misses them. So to the owner I hope you can sleep at night after screwing people over giving them less than 24 hours to find someone to keep my son.

We have had 2 different children attend this daycare and they have always been great. Recent events have surfaced that showed a teacher mistreating a child. This is never acceptable, and from the information I have seen the daycare responded appropriately (fired the teachers involved and turned them over to DHR and the police). It's unfortunate that this will potentially mar people's view of this facility. From what I've seen, the teacher's truly care for the students and I believe this is an incident of two bad actors who were able to get through the process. I understand and respect that the family this happened to would not want to attend this daycare anymore. I can't say I wouldn't be do the same if it happened directly to my child.

I have both of my boys here for over a year. We love all of the staff (they keep me sane too) and my boys give nothing but smiles at drop off and pick up. My oldest is ready for Kindergarten through their program and my youngest is learning something new every day too. Blessed to have found them.

Kids journey has a new owner Paula Armstrong the same owner as Tender care, she is amazing and has done a lot of good changes to KJ.

My son was at Kids Journey from Infant until this last year when he started Pre-K and always had a wonderful experience and loved the teachers he had.

Being a past employee I caution people about this place. I would not put my own child in this facility. The faculty can get rude with the children and negligent. I saw this first hand. There are so many kids and so few staff and how things are ran are very chaotic. Please look else where for child care.
