I came in today to buy 2 of the same items. When I went up to the checkout, the older woman there did not greet me after I said hello and when she rang me up, my items were different prices. I said "Oh, why are these different prices?" And she said "I don't know, they're probably different sku numbers". I stated that I got both items from the same shelf so ideally, they should be the same product. She just looked at me, not at all willing to be helpful or at least call someone to help me because she seemingly could not be bothered. I told her to cancel my transaction and I took the items back. There was one gentleman there who was at least willing to help and we both discovered that none of the items were in the correct place. I just wanted to leave at that point and have decided to not waste my time there again. I believe in professionalism and taking pride in your work no matter what your job is and I definitely feel it was lacking today. It's too bad because I needed more items for my house projects but my money is going elsewhere.

This store used to be top notch for assistance in getting the products you needed for your projects. The current crew in their have no idea what they're talking about. I was told they had a part that I needed, I went down there to pick it up and the sales person said they don't have anything like that. The college crew they have in their right now is uneducated in home hardware needs.
I recommend you order online until they get a more knowledgeable workforce.

On 04/21/2024 I was waiting outside for the store to be opened. I was there with other customers and store employees for over 20 minutes waiting on the Manager to show up. After almost 30 minutes I asked an employee if there was a timeline and he said "what do you mean?" I said..has anyone called the manager? I can't wait forever. He then replied.."I don't care I'm punched in" after that comment I decided to leave to the other ACE hardware in Green Valley. They lost me as a customer.

Their nut and bolt selection is the best. The swing i had in my room unfortunately came off the anchor bolt from too much use. The manufacturer did not want to replace it. Luckily for me ACE is the place with the helpful hardware.

I'm a local painter here in Green Valley and I always go to Mike at the other Ace but my customer gets a discount if they use a paint only the Ace in Sahuarita store. My customer bought over 700 in paint the week before. We needed another 5 gallons to finish. They didn't have any 5 gallons left but plenty of one gallons. So we asked for a 5 1 gallons at the 5 gallon price. Tim called his manager and he said no. Sure it's about 50 bucks different but it's the principle. Do yourself a favor and go to Green Valley.
