I am beyond grateful for discovering The Learning Experience for my children's early education. Moving to a new state was challenging, especially finding the right school for my kids. After trying three other schools, I finally found this amazing center, and our experience has been nothing short of phenomenal.

The staff and the owner are some of the kindest people I've ever met. They made our transition so smooth, welcoming us with open arms and genuine care. My son has developmental delays, and the love and patience the teachers have shown him have been truly heartwarming. They have gone above and beyond to support him, helping us tremendously with potty training and teaching him essential skills to engage with his peers.

Additionally, my daughter transitioned from preschool to kindergarten, and they ensured she was beyond prepared for this important step. The dedication and compassion of everyone at The Learning Experience have made a significant impact on both my children's development and our family's peace of mind.

I feel truly blessed to have found this incredible center and highly recommend it to any parent seeking a nurturing and supportive environment for their child's early education.

If your looking for a daycare for your littles, stop now, you've found it. I love it here! My daughter loves it here! Their program blows every other daycare out of the park. My daughter is learning so much from social skills, science, math, writing, Spanish & more!!! She is going to be more than ready to start Kindergarten next year. The director & staff are amazing & really great communication with the parents. You have to go see for yourself!

After 3 years at home with me, our little one started preschool at the beginning of this year. I was anxious because my daughter is very attached to me and I was afraid it would be a hard adjustment for her. To our surprise, after the first few days of expected tears, she wakes every day excited to go to school. Her teachers have been amazing and have worked with me and my daughter as she is a picky eater and are amazing at keeping me up to date on her food intake daily. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend TLE to my family and friends.

If I could I’d give this place no stars. My daughter went here for a while. Within that time I’ve noticed some odd things at this daycare. From constantly having to find my daughter’s shoes in other classrooms to just flat out being told her backpack was never brought in. They seem to never have anything together here. The lack of communication up in the front office is insane. Everything was ran smooth with Chandler as the coordinator.but ever since then just fired her it has gone down hill. I’m not very confident in Emily up in the office as she isn’t even qualified for that position. She hasn’t even finished her trainings or have their right certifications for the job. As per state told a lot of their employees not to even answer to her. We spoke to need the “owner” about having trouble with des and she said it was ok not to worry about it and we could just continue when it was figured out. Come to find out she decided to charge my card on file for an additional two weeks. So we won’t be back and decided to let everyone know where they are leaving their child. Sandy and needa could do better

A few months ago, I would have given this daycare 5 stars. We absolutely loved this daycare at one point. Around February 2024 is when my daughter (3 years old) at the time started to have increasingly difficult behaviors. The daycare did not inform me for a couple of weeks that she was being sent to the office 2-3X per day. My daughter was struggling to listen and follow directions, which escalated to her hit because she was frustrated and probably needed more patience from staff to help her regulate her emotions. I scheduled my daughter to be assessed for any behavioral issues through the school district. My daughters results did not indicate any behavioral concerns. My thought is that the daycare staff were not being patient with her at all and just sending her to the office right away. Around March, we were able to discuss concerns with the daycare and come up with plans to address behaviors. The behaviors were seemingly better up until the end of April 2024. At the end of April 2024, the long-term director left. The day that the director quit, many staff called in sick and/or quit. I do not have concrete evidence saying how many staff truly quit after the director left but through rumors, 10 staff quit (not sure if that's true or not). The center only communicated that the director quit for personal reasons but never communicated any staff changes outside of that. It was obvious that there were a lot of staff changes because there were all of a sudden many new teachers/staff. Around this time, my daughter (now 4 years old) started struggling to follow directions, hitting, and being sent to the office. At this time, we made the decision to put in our two week notice and find new childcare. Over the last two weeks, there have been several days where the preschool room was significantly out of ratio (1 staff to 23 preschoolers was what it was one morning).. there were also several days where there was (1 staff in the preschool classroom, with the correct amount of preschoolers, but the teacher had a one year old in the classroom, automatically making them out of ratio). There are several mornings when 2 or 3 staff are waiting to clock in for the day - they are told to wait to clock in until the absolutely need to clock in because the daycare probably doesn't want to pay them overtime - this is again my personal assumption but it's frustrating for the amount people pay for childcare, that they don't allow staff to clock in right away in the morning, even though they are obviously way out of ratio in the classrooms).

I recommend that everyone check out the department of health's website - childcare licensing. You can see complaints that have been filed against daycares. 2 compliance officers were at the daycare yesterday (5/21/24) due to the amount of recent complaints parents have made towards this daycare. The most recent complaint is not on their departments website yet.. but there are past complaints regarding ratio issues.

The daycare curriculum is great and the facility is nice.. but the staffing issues were significantly impacting my daughter, so unfortunately this daycare was not a good fit for us. It was great for about 1.5 years of us being there.. but now I would not recommend sending your child here.

Both my boys go to TLE. We love it over here. All the staff is great. Special shoutout to Ms. Heather, Ms. Jaimie and Mrs. Sandy. I have seen so much improvement with 4 year old. I remember when i changed the daycare/school for my boys, I was so worried and scared of the change myself. Needless to say, this is the best decision I have made for my kids. Special thanks to Mrs. Neeta for always listening to our concerns. Mrs. Sandy is the best. I have known her for so long. She is definately the best. Its always the kids first approach for her. What a gem of a person.

Being a parent it is the most difficult step to leave your child at daycare. You want to make sure they are safe and secure, place is clean, food is hygienic, proper growth stimulation is there, curriculum should be good enough for their learning and above all your kid get love and care. I must say if you are a parent, more like us “extremely concerned parent” congratulations you are at the right facility. TLE franchise owned by Ms Nita and Mr Manhoj. This facility checks not just all the boxes I listed but they offer more than that. They put their love and care to their business. They made sure not just their little learners are happy and healthy but also their staff is. I am fortunate enough to witness it my own and hands down they are amazing.
My daughter was constantly sick at her old facility since we transferred her here (under Ms Nita’s wings) my daughter is thriving. Her growth sprouted in matter of days. She 2 year and 1 month old and she has started talking sentences. When we started we had some concerns and the owner and directors addressed them right away, followed up with us if we are satisfied. I can only imagine, it must be extremely hard, every child has their needs every parents have their concerns and it must be a very hard job to satisfy each and every parent and FORSURE this facility offers that. Whenever I walk in cameras are being watched by directors or owner. Every day I pick my daughter from school she is laughing and playful. She come home fed. Every morning she’s excited to go to school. She knows her teachers and friends are going to have an amazing day and us parents can just leave her with a peaceful heart that she is in safe hands more like she is at home. At this age kids do not need high curriculum they more need love, proper nutrition, proper rest and behavioral development. This school checks all these boxes and with amazing curriculum (yes I am talking about 2 year old curriculum). Absolutely lucky not just to find TLE but to find a right franchise owned by this amazing couple. God bless them and the whole team working hard day in and out to keep our kiddos happy.
Lastly, I would encourage to visit them. Please do not Confuse yourself with other reviews since I made my call by not doing that and we are thrilled with our decision. I hope you make a right call and I hope you share the same experience as we do. Wish you all the best.

My little man goes here, and I can't say enough good things about this place! I love seeing the smile on his face every day when I pick him up and he never wants to go home. He has been at this center for quite some time and has recently moved up to the Preschool room with Ms. Bailey. He comes home with amazing artwork everyday and tells me all about the different things he learns about! Right now they are learning about the planets and he comes home with a new fact everyday. It is truly amazing to see the progress he has made in the time he has been there! Prior to the Preschool room he was in their two's room with Ms Kelsha and Ms Corbie who partnered with me to help potty train him and I couldn't have been more appreciative! They were so patient and made that process a group effort so he was successful going into the "big kid" classroom. The staff and employees here truly care about the well being of my child and I couldn't ask for anything better for him. Highly recommend all parents to check this place out for their kids! You'll be happy you chose this facility as their second home.
