Going to F45 Oro Valley has been an outstanding experience! The workouts are challenging and diverse, ensuring that I never get bored and always push myself. The trainers are exceptional – they’re not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly motivating and supportive. The sense of community at this location is fantastic; everyone is friendly and encourages each other. The facilities are always clean, and the equipment is in excellent condition. The energy and knowledge of the coaches at Oro Valley are outstanding. Even when I met Dawna the first time, she jumped right in to make sure she got to know me and help me reach my lifting goals and brought the jams. Gary has brought together a great team of coaches, and the members are really energized. every time I go there I have the best time.

F45 Oro Valley is great! This is the first time I have consistently wanted to go to the gym. The coaches are awesome and friendly and full of energy! They know exactly how to keep you motivated and are more than willing to help you modify any exercise to fit your capabilities. I never feel judged or self conscious here and I’m seeing results! This is such a great place! If you want to get in shape, have fun, feel welcomed at any fitness level… this is the place for you. The coaches are so attentive. The music hits! The workouts are always different. I love this gym. It’s clean, it’s organized, and most of all… I feel like I fit in here. Definitely try out F45 Oro Valley, your body will thank you.

F45 OV is our home studio, I’ve been coming here for a year and absolutely love it! Started it to get ready for my wedding and got hooked. The coaches are great motivators and bring so much energy to every workout. Every workout is different and can be modified for all levels. It seems intense, it is but in the best way, so definitely check it out and take a class or trial week to start. Even after a year, I can still say every workout kicks my butt and I’m sore in the best way possible.

Gary, Dawna, Kassi, Sarah and Jake from the F45 Oro Valley location are amazing! They truly care about the members and making sure they have proper technique while doing the workouts for safety precautions. They make the classes fun and interact with all of the members. Love Dawna’s excitement and dancing to the songs between sets! This location is great and I am so glad I joined F45. They are not only instructors but have become friends. Thanks guys! Great atmosphere!

I wanted to try out F45 because I followed their brand ambassador (Cory George) at the time and saw how great the team like work out environment it promoted. When I found out that the franchise was opening a location in Oro Valley I was pumped. I did their trial offer and the staffing was very welcoming and they helped a lot with work outs formation and also pushing me out of my tolerance level. It really helped shape me. It definitely recommended coming to this location.

F45 is just the place I've been looking for in. Gym! A great community environment with coaches that push you and know their stuff! Coach Dawna was kind, fun and supportive. Just the physical push I needed. The music was banging and the other members were SO kind, it was a blast!
