i asked if they could teach me the seven deadly fists of Kobra Kai (Karate) and they offered me the 12 strikes of Benson (Karate)instead, was not disappointed in the least, nor was my mother when she recieved the 12 blows to her juggular (next time don't get fake Lunchables mom)

This is an amazing place for martial arts (karate) training. The sensei are great teachers of the art as well as the history. It is great for men and women alike. You can practice this art from childhood all the way to elderly as it is not a physical power only type of karate. I find that this art helps you physically as well as helps you to develop a more positive character. What you learn can be used in daily life not just self defense.
