I remember that this place (ARI) had a fire last summer; I moved to the Phoenix area in June, 2017 & one of the 1st things I had to do was find a methadone clinic & I ended up at another one but in my search noticed this one (and almost ended up coming here). But, after a few weeks at the one at which I'm still going there was a fire at ARI (around July or so) and the ARI bldg burned badly enough that the pts. there ended up having to be rerouted to other nearby clinics (one of them being the 1 I'm at) but I didn't think ARI re-opened after the fire. I thought the pts. there all got dispersed to other clinics. Anyway, it's nice if ARI is still open.

They've had some significant staff changes over the past year, changing clinic managers, doctors/NP, adding a counselor and two leaving, and one of the dispensing Nurses replaced. Once they get to know you, and if you keep up your end of the bargain, they treat you very well. When I first went I thought they were very cold, but looking back they had no idea who I was and what kind of patient/client I would be. I've been to three different clinics in the valley over the years and I like this one the best.

The 2 stars go to Susan. This clinic has changed to the point where I cant drive that far for this clinic. Susan is a great woman but now these days there is no way to speak with her (front desk hangs up). New rules frequent in this place, I understand but it seems a lot of the rules are due to the nurse being lazy. I'm not picky but no matter what if you have a privilege the nurse now is so unpleasant you feel like a burden. She seems so upset when you dose. The reason I wrote this is I have never missed payment over the years I came here because Susan was awesome. I can't go to visit my Grandmother (not doing so well) because I have take homes and they changed the rule so I cant bring my doses in this would have been the first time I had done this, next rule will be no privileges. I will transfer. Susan I miss you

I'm not asking for big smiles or anything but one of the nurses on Saturday was incredibly rude, instead of using her words, she grunts and points. When I asked the receptionist if I offended the nurse, she looked at me as if I was crazy and said....it's Saturday with the same rude demeanor. Yeah I get it's Saturday, I work all week and don't exactly love having to go there, but is a little common politeness too much to ask for. I have to say the doctors and counselors are very good here.

This is a boutique methadone clinic that has helped so many people regain control over their lives. We have a doctor available Mon - Sat mornings to meet with clients regarding dose adjustments & intakes. Clients receive individual & groups counseling. Staff are attentive to your needs. We are the only methadone clinic in Phoenix that is accredited by the Better Business Bureau. If you need help with an opiate addiction, come check us out! You won't regret it!

I have been with ARI for over 4.5 years so I have been through the ups and downs of their business. People who don't like it here are the ones who got cought breaking the rules; reules are there to help us get our lives on track. Breaking there only mean you will need to come in more often, same goes for all methadone clinics. At ARI they take the time to know you as a person , not a number. It us easy to see the doctor on Wednesday and the physician's assistant any day. Adjustments to you dose are easily made because you are considered the expert on you! This is the only clinic that doesn't brow beat you for increasing your dose. Once they get to know you as someone who is on a good path they will alliw you to have a little leway with payments. I will miss my visits to ARI buy "on-word and up-word"as they say now I am a peer support specialist and want to go to work for them if the owner would only allow me.

Started here about 3 months ago was miserable working 4 jobs 104 hrs a week to maintain a 180 mg oxycodone habit n 2.5 gram a day heroin habit. And tbh I heard horror stories about ppl who failed and got hooked on methadone but my counsler help ester always was positive and never made me feel disappointed when I relapsed in the first month she made me realize relapse happens in recovery especially early in recovery. When I finally found a stable dose of methadone for me and being sober these past two months has saved my life, ester always checks up on me every week to see how it's going and couldn't be more grateful was seriously on the verge of death but a.r.i. and ester have saved my life, I know it's early and the fight is still on but I have a second chance at life. Thank you a.r.i.

This is the very best clinic I've been to the staff are very respectful and really nice and their all very helpful Im very inpress with the clinic I really like this clinic its the best and I've never had service as wonderful as this one
