The CSR Flora was extremely rude and was rushing me off the phone. She seemed to be in a hurry as if I was bothering her with my questions and than hung up on me. Horrible experience with this temp service!

If 0 stars can be given it would.
It's it's 8:04 am they open at 8am. Just gave them a call about job openings and asked by the agency to be called later because it's slow? They can't help me to see if there's any openings available in the West Valley. Unbelievable! They will schedule you for jobs and you end up going and you are not even scheduled for the job, so you waste your time, money and gas due to these incompetent people at this agency. Btw Some of the girls here text you on your personal phone with job hook ups. Happened to a friend and her husband. So beware!!

I worked and completed a handicap job where the agency was supposed to send more workers. And then tells me that the assignment is a paid same day assignment to telling me I get paid at the end of the week. They aren't professional with the details of assignments and obviously don't have a good relationship with there clients as far as communication. I Do Not Recommend!!!!

Very poor at making sure your hours are documented. My paycheck would always come out less than expected not once have I gotten what I was supposed to. I would have to leave a check from the week before just to get another check so both of them add up to what I'm really supposed to make. I had a job that paid me $14.25hr and I would get paid less than what I expected. The job I had there first was paying me $13hr and I would get paid a little more than from the $14.25 which made no sense at all. There staff never keeps track of your hours and has excuses to why they don't when it's documented by the company that we work for bit when it gets to Ameritemps something always happens to your hours. One of the worse agency to work for!
You are better off getting a part time job than to work here because you basically work full time just to get paid as a part time Job.

They will put you to work immediately but you will get robbed

1. They charge you for PPE... It is 5 to $6 for each item that your assignment needs (assignment vary)if you lose each of these items it comes out of your check also.
*My STERN advice is for you to go to Walmart or harbor freight and get the things you need for each assignment do not let these people take from your check.

2. They do not do direct deposit anymore so they in control of when your wages are printed out on a check.

3. If you perform poorly on an assignment they will not send you out anywhere..

It is best just to go and find a different Agengy that will take care of you and treat you with dignity
