Dr. Wong changed my life. She made me feel as though she was fully invested in my healthcare by listening/hearing my concerns and offering me treatment options that were based on sound logic and a clear understanding of what I was hoping to resolve and achieve. I felt confident in her knowledge and absolutely at ease with her demeanor. I have always been willing to accept a lesser bedside manner from specialists if their proven knowledge and experience lead me to believe a doctor offers me the best chance for resolution of a medical issue. Dr. Wong provides this, but also a personal, thoughtful, comforting and even sometimes humorous manner that put me immediately at ease. Her treatment plan has been successful. I don’t impress easily or make referrals randomly when it comes to physicians and my medical issues have required dealing with many. In regard to Dr. Wong, I have already referred two people to her. One is my adult daughter. I think it should go without saying that, regardless of her age, as a mom, I would only entrust my child’s care to a doctor whose knowledge, experience, and skills I believe in. I highly recommend Dr. Wong with absolute confidence.

Back staff absolutely amazing, so kind and they explained everything and the steps going forward. Absolutely loved the back staff experience
Only not so great experience was front desk ladies seemed short and almost like we where all a bother to them not rude but close to it. Not just with me with most that came in to appointment. For it being my first visit I didn't like that part. But again back staff where absolutely AMAZING and that's where it counts the most....

I saw nurse practitioner, Shelly Kirk and she is great! She listens and I feel confident that she is giving expert care and advice.

My only complaint is that Academic Urology needs to have better online communications where I can email my provider on the portal.

Dr. Jennifer Klauschie and her staff were efficient and easy to work with. The check-in process was smooth (helpful that I completed the new patient paperwork and brought with me). Her team was organized and explained each step of the process. Dr. Klauschie listened to my concerns.

I had a terrible experience at Academic Urology. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, but I arrived early at 9 AM, (at their request) expecting to complete the necessary paperwork and be ready by my appointment time. However, the front desk refused to check me in or even give me the new patient paperwork until they were “ready.” The clipboard with the paperwork had been sitting on the desk the whole time, but they didn’t give it to me until 9:40 AM, officially checking me in then. It’s now 11:15 AM, and I’m still waiting to see the doctor. The wait times are unacceptable, and the staff’s lack of urgency was frustrating. I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

They were on time and professional. My follow up with the PA went well. We were given all the results from my X-ray and my next follow up was set. They offered a telemed online appointment which will be way more convenient than driving 100 miles. I'm pleased.

My mom is the patient. She is nearly 93. The staff was great with her. The Doctor's PA, Sofia was awesome! She spent time with us going over options and made us feel very confident in her abilities and knowledge. Mom really liked her a lot.

The staff is wonderful. Sophia was great, answered a lot of my questions and explained a lot of things to me. The receptionist are very, very warm and welcoming. Very pleasant, I had a great experience there. Thank you.
