Don’t really know what to say, it’s a VA medical clinic, so if your vet and looking for a medical clinic in the south San Jose area, I’d go here. If you can. It’s new so there’s that. It’s never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Again, it is a Veterans Affairs medical clinic so I think you know whether you need to go here or not. Enjoy my doctor would come again!

Palo Alto hospital is the best hospital I have been too. All the nurses, doctor is very knowledgeable, nice , helpful. Most time I only wait at emergency to be seen about 5 to 10 minutes. All the facilities there is very fast and helpful, all the doctors, nurses, personal there is very helpful, nice. I have a neck bone replacement about 13 years ago. Everything still good, no problem at all. The doctors is very good. Now I having cancer treatment here, all the doctors here is very good, Friendly's. They make sure I get everything I need to be comfortable as I can while here. I feel very good, confident being treatment here. This is the best hospital, I will not want to go anywhere else for any treatment. thanks

This as good as it gets. Been to other VA healthcares as well as private hospitals. VA Palo Alto surrounded by top notch minds is a great system. Its big with lots of specialties. I’ve noticed doctors in residency our from Stanford Med University.

Back a few years ago my Dad who served in 3 separate branch's of the service, stayed here for a few days to give my Mom a break. The care is very good!! The reason for one star is some one there took his collage fraternity ring while he was there. I will never forgive this place for that. That ring was his pride and joy. The fact that they tried to say maybe he did not have it when he came really pissed me off. Now I must say it says not to bring any valuables but my dad was very old and all he wanted was that ring. So I let him take it. I hope whoever took it gets run over by someone in a wheelchair. RIP Dad Sorry about your Ring. Do not Bring anything there you cant afford to loose.

ER visit 6/15/24. Everything smooth, wait& be patient for sure! plenty parking during the day....plenty of wheelchairs& water fountain2refill your water bottle.
