Having spent several years at EFGA, I want to share my experiences and insights as I graduate. For those with children in fifth grade and below, I can say that EFGA offers an amazing environment. The teachers are dedicated, the students are engaged, and the learning environments are welcoming. If your child is in this age group, EFGA can be a good choice. However, I need to share my experience in middle school, which was less positive. Bullying was a big issue, and the administration did little to address it. I felt the school's focus on maintaining its International Baccalaureate (IB) status than the wellbeing of its students. Many of us felt unheard and alone, and despite numerous requests for help, the principals remained unresponsive. As you consider EFGA for your child's education, I encourage you to weigh these experiences. While the early years can be fantastic the middle school environment needs improvement in student support and administrative responsiveness. Thank you for your attention, and I hope my insights can help you make a more informed decision.

How do you have enough money to go Costa Rica but can’t get 15mph signs for the losers speeding on S 55th Ave or stop sign for the cross walk or better yet someone to cross the kids on a daily basis while drivers are driving like maniacs down 55th Ave (and no you don’t always have someone there). I walk my kids to school just to cross them and others sometimes because of this problem. Which I have called about as well, this has been a 2 year problem btw.

I had someone say one time they were having the busses park side ways I told them you’re more worried about busses parking sideways then the safety of the kids crossings… as a car sped by.

Horrible one of the teachers picks on my kid everyday she comes home crying that her teacher is picking on her I’ve had a meeting with her and she’s always switching up her story it’s how I know she’s lying don’t bring your kids here keep them away from Ms Panera

Not the best school here for sure. The teachers here are lazy and rely on a app to send out messages instead of talking directly with the parents. They like to wait till the end of the quarter to notify you of any issues your child might be having and then try to threaten you with holding them back which has no evidence of doing the child Any good in any study. Then when the teacher is failing to do the job they try to blame it on everything else but themselves

My daughter has been called many slurs by many of her classmates! She came home crying to me ?! If any of y’all big headed mustard white gatorade don’t do something about the 7th/8th graders at this school, i’m gonna teach them teachers a lesson. These parents need to get their smelling obese kids to better themselves they too BIG!! to be acting like this.
