I stayed there for 4 months. I didn't see them help anyone with housing. They just piss the homeless people off. I did everything that was asked of me and more. As soon as I got a job they kicked me out because they searched my belongings when I wasn't there and found an old scale that I've had for years. I've been 3 months clean while staying there. But as soon as I was no more use to them they kick me out one day before I start my new job. I wouldn't be getting medical insurance anymore that they collect for me being there and found anything they could to throw me out. Theres no hospitality with that. Just when I was about to change my life for the Good ,out on the streets I go. Thanks for nothing Hospitality House, what a joke.

Alot of these reviews must be fake. They are absolutely terrible with their rules here. I am currently in school and I can't even bring my laptop bag in here because they have to worry so much about all these drug addicts that they're helping out. Along with that there is a staff member who is really rude here

Hospitality House turned us away in a time of desperate need - homeless and evening freezing temperatures outside. Hospitality House of Grass Valley was not hospitable. Our hope was high but now our hope is low and disappointment high.

The hospitality house has been a very big help with finding me housing resources for myself and my dog. The staff are very nice and helpful the facility stays pretty dang clean. I am so thankful for the hospitality house and all the staff that work there. Thank you HH

I stayed here once and I got COVID-19. The place is not kept clean. They don't wash the floors. They don't wash the handles. These people are homeless. Committed off the streets and they're filthy. They're not requiring showers before they get in the beds. There's bed bugs. It's horrible up there.

Fantastic and compassionate staff!! When I had trouble making sense of my environment they ensured that I COULD count on them to help steer me right with outstanding free meal service, shower and bedbug free while I remained SAFE.

Hospitality House while having good intentions does an extreme Injustice to the name hospitality yes they do provide services to homeless and low income individuals but those services are a mere shadow of what was available to our community 20 years ago any kind of homeless assistance and service help in Nevada county is now almost non-existent and it is a shame homeless people are people just like regular people they deserve help they deserve accommodation they deserve the opportunity to bring themselves out of their situation to get back on their feet without a county has fallen extremely short of that line I am appalled to say that that's the community I grew up in
