I began Pilates at Heart and Soul Pilates while recovering from a major injury, and I’m deeply grateful for the support, precision, and care I received; especially from Nikki, the owner and an exceptionally gifted instructor.

In our one-on-one sessions, Nikki accelerated my healing by gently and intentionally focusing on the areas that needed the most attention. She challenged my weaker spots in a way that was both empowering and transformative. Her presence and supportive energy truly changed everything for me. She also offered simple, thoughtful ideas I could use at home and at work to continue to support my healing.

Every instructor at Heart and Soul Pilates brings a unique and excellent teaching style. No matter who’s leading class, I always leave feeling stronger, healthier, and more connected to my body. And the music? Always on point, and Nikki and the other instructors know exactly when to turn it up and make it fun.

This studio isn’t just about movement. It’s about strength and aligning mind, body, and soul. I truly love Heart and Soul Pilates.

I took classes from Nicky for over a year and it was the perfect combination of strengthening, stretching and cardio. Nicky is a fantastic teacher who is attentive, fun, and offers gentle guidance/correction. The studio is clean, welcoming and full of light!

I have significant physical limitations, and was looking for accessible forms of exercise. Nicky met with me prior to signing up, and helped me determine that pilates would be a good fit for my exercise needs and that my limitations won't prevent me from getting a great workout.
I've been attending reformer classes for a couple months now, and I love it! The instructors are kind, patient, attuned to each student's unique needs, and each class varies in exercises, with some repeated foundational moves. Nicky has created an inclusive and enjoyable environment for any fitness level, age, and gender. I cannot sing her praises enough!

I attended Heart and Soul today for Meno-Pilates. I absolutely fell in love with this studio, the workout, and the fantastic knowledge base that Nicole has. I was nervous, as a newbie, but laughed more than I had all week, as I sweat and moved my body in ways that challenged, and surprised me! I am just sore enough, and now officially addicted to the workout, community, support and knowledge that is Heart and Soul! Grateful for this beautiful place! I wish there were more than 5 Stars! Nicky is an amazing, knowledgeable, passionate instructor. Pilates has been and continues to be a learning exercise for me. It requires attention and focus. Luckily, Nicky is both a strong communicator and patient. She inspires me, sometimes begrudgingly but with a smile on my face, to maximize the exercises. Pilates has helped me both physically and mentally. I always leave the class energized and with a feeling of accomplishment.

I was notified after 10pm the night before a 9am Pilates class that I was removed off the waitlist and my credit card was charged. I was asleep and didn’t see the message, am from out of town, and had no way of making it once I saw the message at 830am. I notified the company that I wouldn’t be able to make it on such short notice and asked for a refund and they refused. They demanded a 24 hour cancellation even though they didn’t give me 24 hours of notice so how would that be possible…? Inflexible, bad business, I would stay away!
