My son got great service today. He got help with excellent customer service. Needed bill payment assistance & as of now pg and e is back on. So happy & my grandkids have their smiles again. Thank you for coming through for them and all who are in need!

No stars was not an option. No one ever answers the phone, time cards are processed VERY SLOW. Most of the people who do answer the phone have an attitude. Why do people go to work and be frustrated with the duties of the job and then responds to the customer/client/or public with that type of attitude. There are plenty of jobs where you don't have to engage with the public.
