I've called a hundred times and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE . Homeless PEOPLE DONT HAVE CARS OR PHONES MOST THE TIME AND THEY NEVER ANSWER! How are you supposed to get a hold of them to see if you can stay? Plz 🙏
