I arrived early for my appointment which was a good thing because the office was trying to contact me to see if I could come in early. Frankie was the technician who signed me in and assisted me with my paperwork. She was professional, and friendly with a sensational sense of humor. She was efficient and took care of me as a new patient to your office in Sierra Vista. Please ensure that she is recognized for her exemplary performance of her duties amongst her peers and colleagues.

Staff and the Dr were all very professional and explained everything clearly, including treatment options and answered all my questions. Office is clean, airy and welcoming. Made us feel comfortable. If you have any questions about the condition of your skin, I highly recommend this clinic to get your answers. Got right in at my scheduled appt time. Vanessa Vu was nice, professional, and took good care of me! And answered all my questions about the different types of spots (sun, sores, cancerous, etc) on the skin. All the staff was wonderful too!

Vanessa was pleasant but could have spent a little more time with me, asked a few questions other than, is there anything else". Many time when in a doctors ofc, i tend to forget some of the things that I would have liked to discussed of have had suggestions on. But overall, I liked her & would have no problem making another appointment with her.

From checking in to checking out the service was outstanding. The two girls at the front desk were very friendly, courteous and had a great sense of humor. It was a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wait time to see Vanessa Wu, the PA, was very short. Taylor, her assistant, was also very friendly. I can’t say enough about Vanessa as she was kind, caring, friendly and listened. She explained everything she found and the process of what would be done that day which only took a minute or two. I was very impressed with her knowledge and how well she treated me as her patient. I highly recommend her and this Epiphany practice to those who are in need of dermatology services.

I was greeted and had exceptional help at the check-in. I saw a PA and her assistant and both were courteous, competent and professional. Very friendly atmosphere throughout. Kudos to all.

I saw Vanessa & was very impressed with her. She did a proper exam & she was clear with what I needed. Staff & nurses were wonderful.Had a biopsy done, hoping all is well. Very professional environment.

Celeste took her time and performed a thorough exam. She was pleasant and I was completely comfortable. The check in process could have gone better. There was only 1 person at the front desk, and she was in the phone a while. A 2nd person eventually came out and I was able to check in. (By this time there were several people waiting behind me to check in.) Then I was told I still had to complete the forms on the tablet, even though I had completed everything several days before, and had emailed everything to the office. The office sent an email reply that my information had been received. So, the check in could have gone more smoothly. Also, I had received a text from the office prior to my visit, inviting me to download an app on which I could check in. Despite the download and the texted instructions I was unable to get in to the app. Despite some glitches I still recommend this practice.
