The condition of the routers given to customers is unacceptable. The first router I received was scraped/covered in dried white paint with a rock stuck in it. When I returned it the next day, the replacement router also had a questionable substance on it. This level of carelessness reflects poorly on quality control and customer service. I suggest improving the cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk to avoid similar issues in the future. Very disappointing experience.

What a joke. Bought EVERYTHING I needed, spent alot of money and they couldn't even transfer one phone content to my new one, told me I had to do it at home and use up my data! The only reason I didn't leave and get my money back is cause they are the only ones in town!
