Quick service…. But shitty service…. When you’re asked why didn’t you go somewhere else I should’ve known to leave. Only giving two stars because the wonderful lady who took my vitals and gave me a shot was super nice and was the only person who cared in there. Provider didn’t care rushed me out of there like I wasn’t worth her time.

After waiting for half an hour to be seen, the person I brought in was sat down in a room and left for approximately an hour and 20 minutes before finally being taken for an xray. They were in need of stitches for a bad cut on the finger. The Dr barely reviewed the xray before asking if they would allow a student to apply the stitches to get real life experience. The student came in nervous and unconfident. It seemed almost as if the student had never even practiced stitching before and didnt even do it well. Im all for people learning but this was not medically acceptable. The stitches were supposed to stay in 7-10 days. They came out after 3. The finger was wrapped and immobilized for those 3 days. The “knot” that was tied was not professionally done and came undone. The person I had brought in was forced to carefully pull them out to prevent it from doing any further damage.
I appreciate the fact that everyone needs to learn at some point but this was unsafe and couldve been worse. Will not return to this AFC

On 08/26 I went in for a routine wellness check. The ladies at the front desk were courteous and extremely friendly. They got me checked in and seen by someone in less than 30 minutes. The doctor was attentive and understanding. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. My issue was with the technician in charge of drawing my blood. She missed the vein in my left arm because “it rolled.” Then she proceeded to move the needle back and forth inside my vein like a straw in a cup. Afterwards, she missed the vein in my right arm using a butterfly needle once again moving it around with no regard for the way it made me feel. After the two failed attempts she told me, “someone else will have to come find a vein” and left without an apology. She seemed unsympathetic to what happened and I ended up not even being able to give a blood sample. The doctor came in to apologize then told me to come back for a follow up and assured me a more experienced nurse practitioner would be there to draw the samples. I appreciated her empathy but I won’t be giving a blood sample anytime soon.

After I left I was sent a text asking if I’d recommend this clinic to friends. I said no and was asked for feedback. I provided feedback and received a reply thanking me for my feedback and encouraging me to share it here. So I will share that now:

“ It feels like a factory. No personal interactions. No real time spent discussing things. Don't even get introduced to the doctor who you only see for 2.5 minutes total. Just feels like a file number in and out. Add to that the mess of a healthcare system that results in expensive bills even with insurance. I'll be billed for a few hundred dollars for a 2 hr trip where I interacted with a person for 15 min total to be told a I have cold. Just left feeling like it's a scam. I won't return. “

I think a generic “thanks and please share your feedback” reply after said feedback feels appropriate given the main point of my feedback.

So, I didn't feel the NP was very thorough. I have flu like symptoms (excessive coughing, sneezing, runny nose, fatigue) along with lots of sinus pressure and headaches. I tested negative for flu and COVID. I then asked if it could be a sinus infection because obviously something is wrong. She never checked my nostrils or ears. She did put the stethoscope to my chest and back but never asked me to give deep breaths. Last night while trying to sleep, I had a hard time. I coughed horribly, nonstop for 20 mins. I’ve never coughed like that in my life, very scary. Dr. visits are not free, I should have been more thoroughly checked to rule out anything serious, such as pneumonia or sinus infection. Also, the wait time was long and the NP seemed to be in a hurry; not as interested in my health as she could have been. The receptionist and check-in process was great.

So, 3 days later, I made a second visit to the same AFC. I wasn't getting any better. The NP I saw was very professional and thorough. She diagnosed me with bronchitis. She even ordered an X-ray to rule out pneumonia. I don't remember her name but she was a huge help.

Quick and easy to get seen. Doctors and attendants were polite and proficient. The Flat rate for the uninsured means no surprises!
I'm really happy with them!

Front desk receptionist, kinda rude and no customer service skills at all. Looks at you and talks to you like you're an idiot. The nurse that took us back smelled so strongly of strong cigarettes. It was horrible. The NP that saw my husband was very nice, but said she was also calling in a mouth wash for his condition, along with the steroids and cream, but did not. He only had the pills and cream when we picked up from pharmacy. We only came here because the urgent care across the street had just closed. I do not like coming here unless there's an absolute, no other choice. Our visit was on Sunday, 1/12/25 around 2:45 pm.

I was sent to 3 different clinics, one didn't have a doctor, the other didn't have a working EKG so I had to go to a third where I found out the 2nd clinic was improperly hooking up the EKG which is why there was an error which caused them to send me to the 3rd. Overall awful experience, will not be returning. My appointment was scheduled for 8AM.. it is now almost 12PM and still waiting for a simple paper to be signed for a physical exam
