We haven’t had power all day and somehow they’re telling us it will probably be until 6 pm tonight until they can fix, they only prioritize places like restaurants and other businesses not normal areas and neighborhoods, the storm last was not even as bad as the one with the tornado and yet they fixed that quickly because that included “important” places but not our neighborhood

Friday i was on hold 1hr 13minutes, and had to hang up and go to work. Called back on monday and still the same on hold 1hr 30 minutes. This is insane for the us as the people. Since we have to depend on these compañies, there is not much we can do🥲sad world we are living in.

So will al power be putting people up on hotels and issuing lost food funds because they are not equipped to service their customers? Worst experience with power companies in 37 years and there wasn't even a tornado? Oh and the storm didn't take out the power lost power 6 hrs after the storm.....

My husband called after a storm to report that a branch had severed the distribution line across our street. They had a truck out in 15 minutes to secure the area. Response time is amazing!

Power out. Oxygen patient in home. Earlier they stated power would be restored by 5:30 PM. It's now 5:39 PM and they're saying 7:00 PM. It was a thunderstorm, not a blizzard. Winds gusted at 8 MPH.
